5 starsEagle Moving is so professional and after having their crew in my home helping move my expensive vintage piano and hutch passed down to me by my grandmother, I can honestly say I would trust them to move anything and everything of ours, our family, and our friends, anytime! They all walked in in uniform, clean cut, respectful, and professional, and were not your typical movers AT ALL.10/10 recommend!Review fromBarrett B

1 starThey damaged so much of our furniture then would not file a claim. They avoided us until the 9th month then said it was too late. These are terrible people and should be shut down.Review fromDenise M

1 starI used them a year and half ago and I DO NOT recommend! Scheduled a 27' truck, and I told Jake several times, it wouldn't be big enough. Had to send a second truck, which i had to pay same fees again plus for three more movers to load that truck. There isn't a box that didn't have broken items, and no piece of furniture that wasn't scratched, dented, or broken! Not exaggerating! When I tried calling to report, couldn't get a call back. I left voice messages on phone about damage, no one called back. I have moved myself 3 times from one state to another, packing everything myself, and loading truck. Not one item broke, even a 3x5 foot beveled edge mirror, no frame. I packed everything myself, so I know it was packed good. They moved me 60 miles and damaged everything. Horrible! Had to give one star rate, but don't deserve that one.Review fromNicole W

1 starDont make the mistake we did. I trusted real estate agents referral to these guys. They showed up close to 1 hour late, sent two kids (like 18) one had been on the job 4 days and one for one month. Took 2 1/2 hours to load 5 items on truck. Had to wait over 30 minutes for someone else to come because they forgot tools. They were supposed to then follow us to a storage unit. Waited and waited, theyre AWOL. Called company, it was the sales office and they couldnt help me. Said the guys may have taken a 1 hour break - which we were never told about. Called back and asked for a manager #. The sales guy gave me a number that is not accepting calls! So our stuff is in a truck somewhere, no one will take accountability or help us. Absolute disaster. Would give zero stars if theyd let us.Review fromJorge T

I would give Eagle moving a negative number if it allowed me to. My elderly parents hired them to move from ****** to ********** and they are having the worst experience every. The company underestimated the size of the truck and they had to wait for a second truck. The first truck made the 5 hour drive and my father is still waiting for the second truck. The truck that id show up had three movers with horrible attitudes. They began yelling at my 70 year old mother about the drive and the size of the front door. I happen to live across the street so she asked me to come by since she felt uncomfortable around them. One of the movers was yelling and cussing about the drive and situation. When I told him to calm down and do the job he was hired to do he began threatening me and needed to be help back by one of the other movers. This lasted about 20 minutes until the manager called him. He told us it was his lawyer, but I'm assuming it was his boss. I would never expect to get such attitude from movers that were hired to move. Please think twice before hiring theses people.Eagle Moving, LLC

Hello *****,
The situation you have described above is not entirely true. I would be happy to address your concerns.
The miscommunication with our team began when your mother had requested they move oversized items through a tight doorway. When they were trying to explain this to your mother and warn her of potential damages, you had shown up and began accusing the team of mistreating your mother and calling them obscene names. Although we do not condone how our team responded to your advances, we believe this could have been handled better on all sides.
We apologize if all of your mothers items did not fit into a single truckload. We provide only one sized truck, and if additional items are added after receiving a quote this can cause additional truckloads to be needed.
We hope your mother enjoys her new home.
Kind regards,

That is a complete lie. Your employee started his temper tantrum far before I arrived. You need to do a better job screening your employees. Your crew did mot have the knowledge needed to complete the job presented to them. Every moving situation is different and you as a moving company need to train your employees better to think in there feet and over come obstacles as they present themselves. I even had to lend them tools and they still didnt know how to disassemble the furniture. Something that my 70 year old father did on his own. All this falls on your lack of taking and hiring habits which led to an unsafe environment for my mother and that is why she called me to show up. You can defend your employees behaviors all you want. I just hope they dont hurt anyone in the future.Jorge T

1 starEagle Moving Company in *************** ******* is a complete scam! They should be behind bars ! They are thieves ! They gave us a lowball price to move my niece to ******* for a new Nursing position. Being 61 yrs old and not wanting to move her myself , I unknowingly took the bait . After giving them my credit card number they charged me immediately and then became very hard to contact . After getting suspicious I searched the web for customer reviews and saw how many other people had been scammed and robbed by this company. I had to call with a different phone to even get them to answer their phone so I could speak with someone. After arguing for 30 minutes on the phone I was only able to get 1/2 my money back refunded to my credit card. I was supposed to be able to cancel within 72 hours for a complete refund , the problem is they ghost you immediately so this cannot happen. I contacted them with a different phone within 48 hours and they still refused a full refund. After cancelling with Eagle Moving , a full week later I get a call from some guy that sounded like he was at a bar and wanted to know what time he was supposed to be at my house to pick up our stuff. Obviously he was the third party that Eagle Moving had subcontracted to move our belongings to ******* . He had no idea the move had been cancelled and didnt seem all that surprised when I told him it was. Someone needs to start a class action suit against Eagle Moving , there certainly appears to be plenty of very unhappy victims of their criminal practices . I feel fortunate my losses were not as severe as others I have read about and my heart goes out to you others who have been deceived and robbed by this company .Review fromTimothy W

1 starThis company is a complete sham....DO NOT use them. Shane was the sales man who sweet talked me into the deal, reassuring me on every question I had. These people have had my furniture for over three weeks and will not tell me when an ETA for delivery will be. I call every single day and NOT ONE person has returned my calls. They are a broker and once they get your money they turn you over to the actual moving companies that have nothing to do with Eagle...it is the absolute scum of the earth business....run run run.....TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE people. Its horrible to have companies like this continue to operate with no regard....Review fromChris S

1 starTerrible experience. Not stated up front that we would have to wait up to a month for our delivery. Not professional, deceptive and should NOT be in the business of moving households.
