    I took my 2012 Jaguar XF into Fort Myers dealership for service and to diagnose a suspension problem. They replaced the front struts and changed the oil. Upon pick my car up I noticed a ticking sound that was not there when I dropped it off and they never mentioned any noise during the 31 point inspection. When I looked under the hood my engine cover was unsecured and clips missing with loose hoses. I returned the vehicle for them to inspect and they changed the oil with a higher viscosity and additives. Sound still there and they are telling me without tearing down the top engine there is nothing they can do and they didn't cause it. Now I have a car with an issue it didn't have before I left it in their care. I want this resolved without having to pay additional money. Very disappointing. I will be contacting the manufacturer as well to file a complaint, customers are at their mercy to pay for their negligence.

    When I first went to Jaguar of Fort Myers in April of 2023, I was interested in purchasing a new car. I met with a salesman, ***** **** and thought our exchange went well. When I decided to move forward with a purchase I was completely ignored by the salesman and the General Manager, Brian *** *****. I drove to Jaguar Saint Pete to order my new car. Since Jaguar Fort Myers is close to where I live, I took my car to that dealership to get serviced and to have a seal repaired. The dealership had may car for 5 days. When I went to pick up my car, I was showed that the seal was fixed and never took notice of anything else until I got home. Once home, I noticed that the seal in the back was hanging down, and the seal fixed was not affixed properly as everything was either hangin down or out of place. The black frame was falling off because it wasn't attached properly. My new car came out worse than it went in. No apology for anything. I had to make another appointment and when I arrived I was clearly upset and showed them everything that that dealership did to my car to the point of pulling the black piece up to show how it was not attached properly. The General Manger Brian *** ***** met with me, no apology, and asked me if I purchased my car through them, where I said, what does it matter? He said it mattered and I told him that I understand that his service isn't the best but brand my new car came out worse than it went in. He declined to fix what his dealership broke in and on my car. Then he told me to leave and don't come back. I want this dealership to issue an apology to me and everyone else they have screwed over
