    Hello, My name is ******** ******.Sometime December, I brought my truck (2016 **************) into Victory Layne Chevorlet ***************. I had reported I had oil leaks, vibration near the front, and high temps. They had my truck for 3 months. I was told the transmission needed to be changed, as it was the cause of the vibration and the high temps and I needed a reseal on the motor. They claim these 3 months were due to a lack of parts. Once they were finished (about a week ago) I paid my deductible ($400). The day after I noticed the truck still had oil leaks and high temps. I called and was ignored until i wrote them a message (from their website) explaining the truck was not fixed properly. They called me to see if i can bring it back in so they can fix this issue. Now they went with my warranty again (making another claim) and said it may be the battery causing the overheating. The battery is not covered by my warranty so I will have to pay out of pocket. I feel i have been very patient however enough is enough and I will not pay for their mess up. I want them to repair the truck at their expense and in a reasonable timely manner.

    The vehicle did come back with a over heating issue and another oil leak. The oil leak came from the oil Pressure sensor, which we would not have seen until we repaired the valve since it was leaking so bad. Unfortunately, when it comes to oil leaks you have to fix the top one first and then go down. As for the over heating we did find that the coolant temp sensor failed and we did replace it and not charging the customer the deductible since it could have been taken care of under the first contract. As for the battery we will not be covering that since there were multiple low voltage codes and a battery print out that says the battery failed. We did not say anything about the battery causing the vehicle to over heat. We said the battery was causing communication codes (Battery isn't pushing out enough voltage to properly power the modules in the vehicles)

    I took the the truck in for repair for a misfire on idle , i was told my fuel was contaminated after i asked them how do they know they showed me a glass full of fuel that looked clear , they told me my warranty was not going to cover it and i had to pay them , to repair it .i took my truck and asked another shop to check my fuel they drain the tank the fuel was clean they remove the return line from the rail it was clean too when they removed the fuel filter it was red fluid and full of metal all dirty , i notice the filter was not the filter that was install on September because i bought it in napa and it comes with blue o rings , And the one install was green with oem part number i believe the dealer is laying trying to charge me for something they either damage or not trying to do under warranty

    Tengo un vehculo Silverado 2023 Custom, comprado en ese concesionario, desde hace algunas semanas empez a tener problemas, tiene el check engine light encendido y la potencia reducida, fui una primera vez con un appointment y despus de tener el vehculo por 24 horas, me lo entregaron diciendo que no **** ningn problema, al otro da de recogerlo el problema an estaba, se sac appointment de nuevo y se llev hoy, luego de 6 horas de trabajo an no detectan el problema, me dicen que les va a tomaras tiempo, no saben cunto, el vehculo est en garanta, el advisor me dice que el problema puede ser elctrico pero no tienen un diagnstico, el servicio es muy malo, no *** actualizaciones, incluso no *** vehculo de cortesa por el tiempo que demoran en detectar el problema del vehculo sin importar cuanto tiempo sea, uno de sus advisors incluso me dijo que era Chevrolet, que le bamos a hacer, como si fuera una basura, pero eso no me lo dijeron cuando lo compre. Quisiera mi problema resuelto bajo garanta y un vehculo de cortesa el vehculo est en garanta y ya es la 2da ocasin que intentan reparar un problema que ni ellos encuentran

    11-15-2025. I took the car in to find out why it wouldn't start. The car is under a 12 month ******* mile warranty. When they called me this morning wanting $350.00 for a battery I said absolutely not! I picked the up the car by the way of **** and was informed that I owed $185.00 in fees for diagnostic charges. I never agreed nor was I told about said charges. When I told them I wasn't going to pay the fee they told me I couldn't have my keys back. I paid the fee and disputed the charges immediately on my credit card. The car has been there 4 times due to the fact that the stereo changes channels at random I found out that the car was altered for a disabled person. Which I was never told that either. I'm not sure what to do about any of these problems now. I have had the car 5 months or so.

    Every customer that comes in is told about a diagnostic charge if the vehicle is not covered under warranty. Per GM guidelines, batteries are not covered under CPO warranty. At the end of the day we have to pay our technicians to diagnose a vehicle.

    I am rejecting this response because: I never signed anything stating there would be a charge. And futher more why did they have to techs on my vehicle? I could have went to batteries plus bulbs to a free test on the battery. I thought it may have been the alternator. I have since taken my car to another dealer and they told me with a warranty they are not supposed to be charged anything unless I have signed for it. This business is terrible and they shouldn't even be able to stay in business. The other dealer I'm taking my to is going to fix the radio that they could not do 3 times in a row! They tried to charge me for weather stripping that they replaced at no charge because of the warranty . This business is an absolute joke.

    On 10-14-2024 I tried calling Victory Layne Chevrolet to check on my service warrantee to see how many or if I even had any oil changes left that was purchased when I bough the truck. I had to leave my name and number because there was no one available to look the information up. I was told by ****** I would be called back shortly. I did not receive a call back. On 10-15-2024 i called back and was transferred a number of times, then finally ended up at a voice mail. I hung up and called back, and the lady said she didn't know what was going on back at service and was going to try to get someone from finance to help me. I was on hold for more than 11 minutes, the phone then went from on hold music to a phone just ringing. It rang for over a minute before I finally gave up. The customer service at this dealership has gone through the basement. I live in ********** and purposely drive to *************** because they were SO much better than ***** **** Chevrolet. I sure hope this dealership works out it's customer service problems

    Vehicle was sold with a defect were water leaks into the cabin of the auto, this issue will create a hazardous environment and mold. This is our family main transportation and dealer will not help to change cars or give us any solutions to this issue that was not mentioned at the time of delivery ..This was a problem thats was not stated at any time of our delivery process. I seek that the dealer exchanges my car and get us a vehicle with non pre existing issues .

    Well I bought a car from victory Layne ***** in ft ***** mind you the sales men where great at getting me in a car with that being said after buying the ********************************************************************************************************** I need to put it in park to turn it off so off to ****** I went I found there to be a issue with it that requires a new wire harness under the shifter to be put in so I figured I had to go back there anyway to drop off the title to the vehicle I traded in so I went to there service department and explained the problem to them and they acknowledged that it's a issue for 2016 to ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************ that July 15th of this year was the last date to get it fixed mind you I bought the car on July 13th so she told me to contact **** in the used car department she transferred me I left a voicemail about the situation and have not heard a single response back and I did buy it as is but this issue was never told to me and if it was a known defect/issue why was it not fixed prior to selling the car and now a month later still no response and my onstar is now giving me warnings about a issue with my transmission they did offer me a warranty but apparently I was denied it didn't know that was a thing either

    On 7/03/2024 I took my 2018 ***** traverse to be serviced I told them it was doing the same thing like before and my purge valve was replaced twice already I asked them several times if that was the same part they were fixing at first I was told yes I told them it has a manufacture warranty they service advisor then lied and said it was different and charged me 508 dollars when they were fully aware it was covered under warranty and I should of never be charged anything at all. Gm customer service reached out to them several times no answer and I have spoke to the service manger and assistant service manager no answer back or full refund I had all the paper work. That was the 3rd time it was replaced car still not running right and I have 4 kids to get around one special needs who I broke down with I am always left with no means of transportation or curiosity car. This same issue has been going on for a year.

    Victory Layne Chevrolet have my car for 3 weeks with no resolution on my car . I'm at the point to need help.

    The vehicle came in on 12/19/2023 for a coolant leak. We diagnosed that one of the problems was a leak coming from the water pump. **************** declined the repairs and drove off with his vehicle. The vehicle then came back on 1/03/2024 with the same issue that there was a coolant leak. We did a further diagnosis and found that the head gasket was also leaking. Most likely due to the vehicle over heating compromised the head gasket. We gave the estimate to the customer within a couple of days. He declined the work again. He then called us back saying he has extended warranty. A warranty company that we do not work with. We told him that we do not work with that company. He called back the next day and claims that Estero Bay would accept the extended warranty. So we pulled the vehicle out so a tow truck would come and get the vehicle like he stated. He then called back the next day telling us to go ahead with the work. After he gave us the approval to do the work we did have other vehicles that came that got pushed in front of Mr. ******* vehicle. The vehicle should be done within the next couple of weeks.

    We made an appt w/Victory Layne ************ on 5/29/23 for drop off date of 6/5/23. VL had our 2015 Tahoe for 8 days w/no rental provided. The work that we needed done would have been covered under warranty (as per warranty personnel). The service department failed to actually diagnose our vehicle fully & attempted to refuse service for vehicle with warranty & made false claims that they called the warranty & that we did not have a policy. They never called & spoke to anyone at the warranty company. They then told us they couldn't repair the vehicle for 3-5 months (we couldn't be w/out vehicle this long). We kept our vehicle in the queue for this time but we simultaneously made an appt w/another dealership in the event that VL couldn't service the vehicle & because they didn't behave as if they wanted to do the work. Because this is our main vehicle, we wanted to attempt to get the vehicle in prior to the warranty expiring & possibly get the work done sooner, however this appointment was a month later (soonest they could see us, but prior to the date of the warranty expiring). In that month our mileage went over as this is our main vehicle. The second dealership was able to fully diagnose the vehicle & believed that VL never even looked at it as it was clear the issues had been there for a while, (leaking fluids, locked up, etc) however the warranty then said they wouldn't cover the cost of the claim because of the mileage. VL-namely ********************************* ********** ******************************* (service manager), have continued to lie to us saying they called & spoke to warranty company, but haven't (as per warranty company) & later admitted that they didn't look at the vehicle like they were supposed to, nor did they start a claim for our vehicle like they were supposed to or provide us an adequate service invoice, thus resulting in our warranty expiring when in fact it would have all been covered (again, as per warranty personnel). An estimated of between $6-$7K in services.
