      this company installed my water heater and gave me a 6 year warranty parts and labor.my upper water heater elment quit working so i called to have it repaired.the owner refused to honor the warranty claiming he never did the job for me and he doesnt have to do it.i threatened him with legal action and he got really defensive and said go ahead so this is the beginning proccess of that.

      Costumer called saying he has 6 year warranty on labor . 

      We have never offer 6 year warranty on labor. 


      We have always give 1 year warranty on labor. 

      If you read stipulations under receipt 

      Stipulation #1 says that 

      all jobs get 1 year limited warranty except drain cleaning. 

      To us . It feels like Costumer is trying to take advantage of

      Water heater itself comes with 6 year warranty on parts and tank . 

      But our labor is 1 year warranty . And has always been. 

      We have receipts that proves that .
