    On October 20th I summited a request to have my propane delivered to my home address. I requested to get a phone call when the gas was being delivered because there time frame for delivery was from 10/23-10/28 for ************ area. I paid $361 upfront for the gas. I received an email stating that my gas maybe delivered 10/23. My gas was delivered that day. However no phone call was made only a text message stating that the gas was delivered. Once I arrived home and tried to light my stove no gas was coming on so I went to check the propane tank and it showed gas however there was a note on the tank handle. The gas personnel locked the tank. per the note because no one was home. I called the company the same time and they told me they would try and submit a service ticket for me so that some one will come on Friday. Friday comes no one showed up or called me about the service. Only for me to keep calling back to this day and speaking with there so called resident advisors(supervisors) and no one can help me do anything. now they are telling me i have to pay 228 dollars to have a service tech come however they don't know when that will be. which makes no sense to me, I had my partner go down to the main office and the doors where locked and told him to go to their downtown office. They are outsourcing there customer service **** outside of the ** so you can not speak to anyone so i have no hot water and no gas to cook for my kids. The holidays' are coming up and this is the worst experience ever.
