Paid in full for glass that was not cut according to our templates that were provided at the very beginning of the job quote. When we went to pick up our order it was square glass and told them this was wrong and not cut according to our templates and they would look into it. Weeks later, ****** called and said we signed off the final quote for not having a pattern, they call a template a pattern (shop term) we had no idea what a pattern was as we thought is was a texture in the glass and have no idea why they would not cut the glass to our templates that were provided for the quote from the very beginning. We have made several attempts to resolve this we have called, left messages and sent e-mail that were read by the owner ******* ******** to contact us but Instead of calling us to resolve he accused us of being rude, verbally abusive and that we threatened the team which never, ever happened as we were out of the Country and we would never be that unprofessional as we have been working with A-Rite glass since 1988. Mr. ******** posted on **** without proof which is defamation of our reputation. All we want is resolution he also claimed on **** we have the product we have nothing, no refund, no glass and need our templates back.

She paid in full for a specific piece of glass that she signed for and accepted the terms of a non-refundable deposit. She then tried to change her order to other measurements that required a pattern to cut because it wasn't a standard measurement. She did not want to pay it and did not want the original order. Because she did not want the first piece she signed and paid for but wanted new sizes she is claiming we took her money and didn't provide her with the product she wanted. But you don't get to change your mind after you order to a new size, demand we pay for it, yell at and verbally abuse our women in the office. I don't care how many websites she complains to, I'm not going to let my staff be abused by customers.
