I am rejecting this response because: I was givin till the 7th of June to pay the 615$ wich was an agreement on diamond cut autos part, I am not agreeing with any more of their lies I didnt do anything wrong and I didnt owe them any money at that time, what they did was totally illegal and they need to refund me or I will be taking further action, this business should be shut down I am not the only one they have robbed and forged signatures I attached a copy of the forged signatures and initials as well as proof of the 615$ due on the 7th of June 2024, Diamond cut Auto makes it so that it looks like its the customers fault, I didnt owe anything at the time they came back and stole the car and I didnt tell the bank anything like that, they are scammers liars and robbers and I want my total refund back immediately, its my only survival money and they had absolutely NO right to ********** and scam me out of every single dime I had. I paid in full and didnt owe anything, their using excuses to try to cover up the robbery. I owed absolutely NOTHING at the time they stole the car from me after I paid in full! And didnt do anything wrong for them to rob me of my payment and the vehicle. I owed the 615$ on the 7th of June I owed my first payment to the bank of 495$ June 23rd, I owed Diamond cut Auto no money at the time they stole the vehicle from me leaving me and my newborn son stranded at a doctors appointment, and now are REFUSING to give me back my refund in full, they want me to now pay them MORE money for illegally repoing the vehicle for no reason at all, they are extorting me for money, they are forging signatures & initials, they are refusing to give me my full refund, I will accept only my refund and that is it.
Sincerely,

I'm not sure what ************ believes but its clearly stated when the money is owed and was never paid on 05/29/2024 she also contacted lender and said she was not making payments I have attached repossession paperwork and delivery agreement showing if contract is in default ************ forfeits the vehicle.
I gave ************ an option to pay the repossession fee of $500 which clearly states in repossession form and the tax arrangement that was agreed to of $615 totaling $1115.00 I will return the vehicle if she does so only if i can get the lender to repurchase her loan, However legally she has 10 days from repossession date to recover vehicle
At this time it is a civil matter and I will go after ************ for the entirety of the contract I'm trying to help however it is what is due at this time
thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
I was givin till the 7th of June to pay 615$ however I did not even get a chance, I didnt owe anything at the time of the illegal repossession, as well as the he said she said bank conversation, it would be different had I NOT made a payment to the bank aka lender by June 23rd then that would have givin you legal right to repossess the vehicle or had I not paid 615$ by June 7th would have givin you legal right to repossess the vehicle, but because Diamond cut Auto also forges signatures I will be taking legal action as well as pressing charges, had I not paid what was owed upon ANY agreement then that would give legal right to repossession, I do not want the vehicle I do not want anything to do with Diamond cut Autos lies scams & frauds, if they did this once they would do it again, especially not owning anything and them putting things on paper to make it seem legal, its all a scam, I owed nothing, upon agreement, the manger said June 7th instead of may 29th for the 615$ its in a text message that I attached, I want all my money back as I didnt even get to drive the vehicle, no longer than 5 days of picking the vehicle up, they want to then add more money add more and more money, its a huge scam and they shouldnt be allowed to get away with putting anyone in this position never mind a woman and infant child in danger, it is the right thing to do in this case to refund me the money I paid to Diamond cut Auto as I didnt brake ANY contract or ANY agreement at the time of the repossession, I have all the proof and because they have an old copy of a paper that says may 29th you cant go back on another written agreement via text message to have the 615$ paid by June 7th to make it look like you can legally get away with stealing my down payment and the vehicle, again upon any and all agreements I owed nothing at the time of repossession and Florida attorney general states if this matter cannot be resolved through BBB then we will take them to court for not only fraud, illegal repossession, but theft & endangerment if refund is not paid by the end of this week. Again had I not paid something by the due dates it would then give you legal right, but as of now and as of may 31st when they stole the vehicle back they then denied me a refund and thats part of their scam and also theft. I didnt brake any agreement nor did I brake any contract, I wasnt even givin a chance, in my case what they had done to me is completely illegal and once we go to civil court I can then press charges as well. They can contact me for my refund other than that I will be taking this matter to the hands of the attorney as well as the FL Dep of highway & safety of motor vehicles, the consumer financial protection bureau, the FL Dep. of financial regulation , regional office of ********** and so on, again you cannot run a business off of he said she said and broken agreements, this business should not be allowed to operate in such manner, I was robbed of my money and the vehicle within 5 days of picking the vehicle up without a chance to even pay anything June 7th or make my first payment of 495$ due June 23rd I have all the documents I need and several attorneys willing to take this case, all I want is my refund as that was all my money for my son and I to survive, if they are not willing to refund me or give me a partial refund of 2500$ then Ill have no choice but to contact the attorney general in regards to not being able to settle this through the BBB and will further have them investigated. Attached is also a copy of a forged signature. If your not even willing to contact me to pick up a partial refund of 2500$ no less than I will need to further this. I have already attached copies of these documents and the text message agreement.
Sincerely,

Date of transaction 04/09/2024 Finance purchase of 2019 Chevrolet Malibu VIN ***************** DOWN PAYMENT $3000 Business promised false information to persuade me into purchase. They promised that if I bought the car through them they could put the registration somebody elses name for me to be able to avoid police harassment. (Reason being is I explained my past and present legal issues and was afraid to have a registration in my name).Very next day after being the car I was pulled over and arrested by the Florida Highway patrol and sent to jail. I got out the very next day to review the vehicle paperwork and to my suspicion they had lied . The registration was indeed in my name. I called the salesman to confront them about there lie and he said sorry but its too late, we have your paperwork and your not getting your money back or out of the contract now they were not also not willing to help me find a resolution but also extremely rude . I contacted the finance company and they started processing to cancel the credit with the dealership. My intent was to not only cancel the contract but receive my money back . This incident was on 4/10/2024 the very next day after purchase.Business Response

Hi I'm the owner, The customer asked if we could put his mother on registration as we did, the vehicle is financed under *********************** so of course the vehice is registered under his name, as far as the legal issues he may have such as police goes and him getting arrested we have no control over that. I have spoken to *************** and he will be returning the vehicle and I will have him do a voluntary surrender and not enforce the balance of the contract as far down payment goes for ***** his action of voluntary surrender will forfiet his down payment.Initial Complaint

On 1/23 I purchased a vehicle from Diamond cut auto, we agreed on a down payment price of $8700 I paid $6000 off that $8700 with installments on the remaining $2700. I began signing the contract, half way through the contract I was notified that the agreement was being changed and I would now have to pay an additional $500 or my payment would be raised another $80 a month for the term of the loan equaling $5280 plus interest. I was not offered a chance to back out of the deal and receive my Down payment back. My new vehicle license plate is available for pick up but they are holding it if I dont pay the full $3100 they say I owe. I would like this investigated and made public to keep from other buyers from being taken advantage of by this company.Business Response

THIS HAS ALREADY BEEN RESOLVED AND HE HAS SENT AN EMAIL TO WITHDRAW THE COMPLAINTCustomer Answer

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because: this is unresolved, the email was sent as a result for them to stop harassing and threatening me, the email wasnt even sent to a real email address. Please see attached photo of another customer from several months prior to my vehicle purchase where this company did the same thing to them. This company is dishonest and does terrible business. This needs to be known and they need to be out of business, I havent even mentioned the fact that when the vehicle was purchased the purchase price was to have had my warranty of $1875 included, it was not it was added on to the purchase price once I started signing documents, I was also supposed to have had a fresh oil change provided before taking possession of the vehicle per the salesman Vlast, but again that did not happen I had to pay $100 2 weeks later for an oil change, while paying $1050 on week 3 for new tires bc 2 of the tires would not hold air. I hope the BBB digs into this company and finds all wrong doings and the doors close.
Sincerely,
