            Bought a unit. Unit started having a fault asked for it to be repaired they claimed it needs new filters. Heavy heavy chlorine taste after filtration which during the first few uses was no longer present. Of the three filters in the machine we replaced. 2 but there was no change in the chlorine smell. Then they asked Us to replace the main Filter. **************** being abhorrent through out the process .Which should last a year. We ordered it only to find out they had no stock for 6 months. They did sent it for free after lots of complaints and requesting a refund on the useless machine. The end of the story is that we wanted a refund as it didnt work for more than 2 months and its was out of conission for over a year no filters and we bought extra filters prematurely. Hassled agravated and annoyed we left negative reviews on both their website and ******* both have been removed and they have bought fake reviews on their website to bolster their deficiency. We are now compiling a lawsuit and a claim with the bbb was a requirement from our legal team. This device was to assist my wife in her cancer battle but rkin have only added stress to our lives. Disgusting!

            I called to ask a question that about a water softener tank cove, meant something to me but most people wouldn't think twice about it. Well ***** the person that was helping me went to look up the answer for me came back and said she had to look further and would get back, a while later she came back with a detailed answer! Most people wouldn't go that far and little did she know it was kind of important to me. I truly wish more people would take their job seriously like she does!!!!
