    Southland Exteriors, has been in business for 20+ years, yet it has only managed to attract one highly dubious 5 star review! Speaks for itself. It has been over 8 months since they started installing windows and doors into our modest sized home and they are not done. Many problems remain to be solved. Extremely difficult to reach the owner, the office and their contractors by phone, email, voice mail and texts in order to get answers. Yes, receptionist/admin is polite and pleasant. But regarding our very pricey job, that does not cut it. I have owned and run a construction and development company for many years and implicitly understand difficulties with supply chains, labor and management issues. Their excuses, when you can reach them, go far beyond reasonable. If our job ever gets completed, I will give a detailed review. In the meantime, I want to be extraordinarily fair and give them every chance possible but believe we are very close to our limit.

    Communication between **** (field rep) and ****** (installer) was very good. Workmanship appeared to be excellent. Office staff was very nice.
