      DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.Several weeks ago we purchased refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove.The stove exterior surfaces around the edges of the appliance reach temperatures in excess of 200 degrees in less than five minutes. I've been burned twice.A technician came out and said this is normal. It absolutely is not normal."Customer Service", which is anything but customer service, just called me and told me that they are not going to do anything whatsoever to remedy this dangerous situation. I am on my own to deal with the manufacturer of the appliance they installed in my kitchen.I gave one star because I had to pick a star.DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

      An absolute joke of a company. My washer has been making this noise that sounds like an airplane at the end of cycles and has error messages weekly on my washer so it doesn't finish a cycle. I have family who have the same washer and they don't have this issue. My warranty ended with Electrolux so I only have the warranty now for parts. They have come for "service" 10 plus times within the past year and a half. Left me without a washer for almost a month with no reimbursement. The girls from customer service are awful and don't communicate internally. I keep getting told "We have to diagnose it" they won't listen to the other issues I am having. And supposedly only one manager I can speak with, there's no one else there. They are lazy, keep your money and don't purchase a **** thing from them.

      March 4,2023 we bought a Whirlpool Refrigerator. October 12,2023 the ice maker was pouring out water on the floor like a waterfall. October 18th Jetsons Repair man came and said there was a hole in the coolant line. He cut the line and added coolant. BUT it never got cold again. I called the extended warranty number for purchases less than 1 year and another man came. He said the JETSONS guy cut the line too short and there was nothing he could do. It took 3 weeks to be approved by corporate for a new ********** is now November 20th and we still do not have a refrigerator. I don't know when the new one is coming but I do know this is Disgraceful.. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTTHING FROM JETSONS AGAIN. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      Came to install dishwasher. Didn't have all the parts. Wait 2 weeks for the install. Missing bottom kick plate. Waited a month. Oh, they forgot to order it. Finally came to install kick plate 2 weeks ago. Yesterday it fell off. Was not correct part and the screws the installer stuck in it were the wrong size so he had just left it wedged under the dishwasher. Vibration finally caused it to fall. Used a little ingenuity and common sense and fixed it myself. Terrible service.

      I dealt only by phone, after DRYER ONLINE research via THEIR website. I MADE A TOTAL OF THREE CALLS. A COWORKER HANDLED CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION.Exceptionally NICE BEFORE final order, EXCEPTIONALLY ****RUDE after delivery by ****Salesperson, "*******". Vero Beach, FL location.I obviously received false information. HE told me that payment was due BEFORE delivery. My dryer came, COD. This was corrected on phone by delivery person.Absolutely NO HARD COPY receipt of Warranty Information. ONLY the wrong invoice, and the 10 page standard manual.I spoke with this rude salesman, and he was arrogant and uncooperative, I was not rude. (He ended the call by saying, "ANYTHING ELSE"?). He cited the warranty information "on PAGE 18." WE HAD DIFFERENT MANUALS, MINE WAS 10 pages, later found AVAILABLE ONLINE, AS WAS THE 2 PG. STANDARD, ONE YEAR WARRANTY. I was also told that Service MUST be obtained by THEIR store, not true per WHIRLPOOL. ANY AUTHORIZED DEALER CAN PROVIDE SERVICE DURING AND AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD.Salesman literally did NOTHING to earn this sale, and answer two brief phone calls, and ONE after delivery. He NEVER SENT ME A PAID RECEIPT, NOR THE WARRANTY INFORMATION. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

      We think Jetsons did us very wrong by not letting us return or exchange our ******* washing machine after they completely had it disassembled in our living room and when it was put back together it shook the floors and walls just as it did prior to their attempt at a repair.It is level,nothing on top of it.All we wanted was a refund or exchange for one that works and they would not do anything. We Have purchased from them for over 35 years and will never go back or recommend them ever again until they take this expensive garbage out of our house as we requested from the beginning.

      these people absolutely **** they sold me a defective "new" dryer", make me wait 3 weeks for service, and the ***** shows up with no parts, and I have not heard from them since!!!!beware these *** scoundrels

      A month ago this review would not been a four star. However, after digging in to my issue and working with a number of Jetson employees I was extremely impressed with the genuine concern and actions of everyone from Jetson I dealt with. While they never placed blame they focused only on next steps to resolve the dilemma. My appliance was under warranty as recommended by the sales person at Jetson due to my location near salt air and electrical power surges at my location. It was a good call as I was 4 years into a 5 year warranty. I was extremely frustrated by the amount of time and need to have several visits to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, I came to realize the frustration was caused by the manufacturer and lack of parts in the US supply chain causing backlog not in control of Jetson. Once Jetson team saw the frustration and time issue they fought the warranty company to replace my appliance rather than wait for the next part which was on terminal back order. Once approved I had my new dishwasher within days. I would commend the Jetson employees, Jessica, Steve, Chris, Gabe and Kyle for their sincere effort to drive solutions not just explain problems.

      Wish I would have read all these bad reviews before I trusted them with ordering parts for my fridge. I am still waiting for one of the parts and it has been on back order for 2 months! No one bothers to call or update you and when you do call they just say sorry nothing we can do but they sure will cash your check in a hurry! The only good thing I can say is their tech ***** was great as he did try his best to fix it but even with all the parts I did order for the fridge still didnt fix the problem. Talking with the Supervisor was a waste of my time so dont even bother as she doesnt care about the customer all she cares about is telling you your wrong and shes right! Run dont walk far far away from this company!

      total dissatisfaction dealing with this company.used them to purchase our kitchen, range hood and duct cover paid extra to install which was also a mistake. hood was damaged during installation. reordered second one and came in damaged, third one damaged as well. agreed to switching parts and pieces from the three units to make one almost 2 years later and multiple managers we had to go with another company. lots' of lip service and no action. STAY AWAY FROM JETSON'S. ***** star's
