            March 3 2023 I bought a Jeep Cherokee 2020. I am a first time driver just got my license so I went and bought a car to get to work and drop my children off at school. May 2023 the car was making loud noises so I took it to the shop where I originally bought it (coggin Acura *****************)they said it was the brakes and that all the brakes and brake work ads were gone. They wanted to charge me 450 to fix the brakes and I told them why would I have to pay if I just bought the car the brakes shouldnt be worn out already. I asked to refund the car or trade and the salesman offered to pay for the brakes so I would not have to give the car back. June 2023 the brakes were not working causing me to get into an accident because I could not stop the car. I informed coggin about it ln which they said it was not their fault.July 2023 I had to pay **** to get the bumper fix and the ac vent in which they did not help.September *************************************************************************************** reverse. Took the car back to coggin and they said it was my fault for careless driving. The ******************* was no help and told me if I drove better the car would not be broke. I took the car to Jeep because coggin said they can not run any diagnostic tests being that they do not have the equipment to run a test for jeeps even though they sold me a jeep. Jeep informed me that the pto unit needs replacing and the two previous owners documented it but coggin Acura did not check the jeep out to make sure it was ok to sell. They do not have any equipment to check the jeep to make sure it is ok so Im not sure how they are able to sell a car and not have it scanned. The pto unit piece which costs ******* will not be available until May **** so I can not get the car repaired if I wanted to.

            If I could give them -5 stars I would! Made a deal to buy a car from them, had the numbers from them in writing, grabed my neighbor and went to the dealership to pick up the car but walked out in the middle of signing paperwork. They increased the price and it wasnt anywhere close to the deal which we all accepted and the paperwork was given to me for signature WITHOUT THEM TELLING ME ANYTHING ABOUT THE CHANGE OF NUMBERS! This is fraud by fraud by any definition!! Stay away from Black sales ************************* and his body fraud master sales manager, a Black guy called ***********************! I took my money to ****** Motors which sold me 4 cars just this year already and would NEVER do anything like this to a customer!
