    On June 6 Approximately eleven a m I stopped at COGGIN *** located in ********************. I went inside,and walk around look at a couple cars no one inside helped me or asked me if I need help.I looked around walked out.Disappointed I was about to leave but on my way to my car, I noticed a salesman outside I got his attention and *****. Explaining what I was looking for while talking to him. I noticed the car thar we were standing next to it got my attention. I loved the way the car looked. I love the price and immediately I showed interest. I asked the salesman if the car was for sale, he said, Yes, I said I will purchase this car for the price that was linstead, which was. ****** and I would like to pay cash. The salesman went inside to get the key. So I could do a test drive. I was excited and was ready to buy the car on the spot. However, I was later informed that the price that I saw not for me or they wasn't gonna one honor that price when I write it inquire why they told me they made a mistake and the price is gonna be $20000 more. I asked to speak to the manager. He also inform me that it is what it is. Someone made a mistake but I won't get that price. I ask if they could call the general manager. And then came back and told me the general manager. Said no, they will not be selling me that car. I think this is unfair practice. It's something shady which I think they are. I just honestly think it's because I am the person that I am why they change the price. They have the ability to change prices based on the appearance of people that comes to their facility. They told me at first someone else. Does the price changes for them? But I saw the manager went into the office. Print out a new sign and replaced it before I leave. I'm not sure if they remove the sign and put the old one back after I leave. This is not the way business should be done. One price for everyone

    ****** BMW sold my 27-year-old daughter a LEMON. In 6 months she has spent over $5K in repairs and now the transmission is going out. ****** *******, the General Service Manager, was not willing to help AT ALL. Very passive - I am very disappointed in the lack of empathy, willing to offer a solution, and overall snubbing. I've owned BMWs and Lexus's over the past 20 years. I've disturbed by the lack of service ****** is allowing to take place for their Customers. Check your point checks when buying from ******!! In my opinion, they will not help once you purchase.

    Our General Sales Manager ************************* received a call from *************************** yesterday. The vehicle was purchased from us on 9/2/2023 with ****** miles on the odometer, the vehicle was serviced with our service department on 8/28/2023. The customer informed ***** that she has spent $5,000 on the vehicle after the purchase. the moonroof was leaking water-the horn went out about 3 weeks ago among a few other needed repairs. The vehicle was serviced at a Lexus dealership on or around 2.1.2024 with ****** miles, the Lexus performed multiple services as reported by ******. We were informed on the call yesterday 3.18.2024 that a Lexus dealership  informed the customer that the vehicle needs a transmission, the customer stated she was going to have the vehicle taken to her mechanic for a second opinion and the mechanic is trusted. We informed the customer that we could help and trade the vehicle on a newer vehicle and we would assist with that, we would also like the customer to know that we would also give the vehicle a complete inspection also to determine what the best course of action is, we are willing to assist with our *** trained technicians reviewing the transmission concern. If the customer wants us to do that then a phone call to ***** will arrange an appointment to determine what is going on. The phone call yesterday was the first phone call management received  since the purchase
