      Please be aware of **** dealership in ft ******.. I had the worst experience at that dealership.. I would not recommend it to anyone.

      Not even 1 star , I have used them multiple times and they always keep the vehicles over a month , there is no communication and the service manager ****** is rude and arrogant and condescending., on every occasion I have spoken to him. I took my business elsewhere & I warn anyone who uses this place you are going to be mistreated & taken for a ride

      ****** ********* of Sunrise Ford spoke with ***** ******** yesterday. They have a Transit that has a recall (FSA 19S38). The original recall was an interim fix and **** Corporate made it clear that there would be more repairs once a newly designed part came out. That part came out in early 2023. **** Corporate sent multiple letters advising their customers to get into a dealership immediately or they will not cover repairs created by the failure. ***** and her company, *******************, ignored these requests by **** and now have had a failure that caused more than $16,000 in damages. Sunrise Ford attempted to submit to **** Corporate for coverage on *****'s behalf. After almost 3 weeks of back and forth, **** Corporate stated they are not participating in the repairs due to multiple warnings mailed to Electric Connection. Shyan is under the impression that Sunrise Ford should cover the expense because the dealership itself is ****. ****** Neidhardt informed Shyan that this is a **** Corporate issue and to contact **** Corporate for any further inquiries into this matter. Sunrise Ford is not able to change their stance.

      They lie and **** prices up on insurance and customer quotes tell the insurance one price then try to get the customer to pay there price or they will not release your car

      The vehicle for ***************************** was struck by lightning. In this instance, supplemental insurance claims needed to be filed which take time. After the first 2 repairs were completed; Sunrise Ford found additional damage to the vehicle and each individual instance required additional supplements to be filed. The vehicle for ***************************** is not able to be released until payment is received which Sunrise Ford is currently waiting on.

      Worst experience buying a car , first the things they make you buy that you don't even want that add thousands of dollars, second they sold me a car that is messed up , granted they tried to fix it for a week they had the car , 90 percent fixed it , problems still there and they basically told me I have to fix it ... I would never send someone there to buy a car

      I received a service letter for my 2012 **** Focus explaining that my Transmission Control Module needed to be checked and replaced- specifically that my service engine soon indicator could come on(experianceing loss of transmission engagement while driving, and lack of power etc). Exactly what was happening with my car. Dangerous really. I made an appointment to have it diagnosed and repaired. I have my father go down drop it off and was treated very poorly by the service manager. He yelled at my father, accusing of lying about appointment and saying it was not necessary. Furthermore, he told him to get the h*** out and not come back. I am extremely disappointed with the service department. They are not upholding their requirements for servicing their vehicles. I will not be returning to them and now have to find someone else to fix my vehicle.

      BEWARE THEY WILL KEEP YOUR CAR OVER A MONTH WITH NO URGENCY. They have kept my car for over a month. When I call for an update I have to leave a message. No call back. Finally after 3.5 weeks I got in contact with the insurance guy after he texted me to ask whats going on. After another 2 days they followed up with the insurance guy. That was a week ago and now still nothing. Just got fired because Im out of money on rentals and being late catching the bus. What was a small repair has become life altering.

      ******* center is horrible! I can't believe that they get away with such poor service. I understand that they only have 1 transmission tech when I called in June *********************************************************************************** 2021 for similar issues so scheduled for 8/1/22. It ended up being a warranty job since it was the same issue torque converter replacement which is not normal. I had called and left messages for 3 days and finally spoke to an assigned advisor on 8/4/22 to confirm that was the issue. My advisor stated that it can be weeks or a few months and can't give an estimate of when my car is fixed and if I take it and use it and it messes up anything it will not be covered under warranty. I requested a loaner since know one will no when the part will ever be in. I am a single mother with a full time job and 2 small children so a car is a NECESSITY!! I called and left messages on my advisor's line, manager and general manager and no responses on any details of loaner. I took a day off from work on 8/16/2022 and went there in person and stated I don't qualify which is crazy since they didn't do the job right last year and can not give me any more details on the part. Getting a rental for weeks-months is not in budget ! My car is still there and I am still trying to figure out what to do, no one know any details if you even hear back from them! I'll make sure to spread this business to other coworkers in my medical business so no-one will get stuck in this position here!

      I went to MY Dealer Sunrise Ford Asked to purchase a " ***** Extended warranty on our 2017 Explorer Was Told that is what I was getting with a $200.00 deductible, I Specified " ***** to be used at **** dealers and as an extension of a **** Warranty, I was told It was " ***** When we needed to use it out of State the dealer did not want to accept this " Crappy After market" ******** Warranty!!! I Paid for a $200.00 deductible only to find out it did not fully cover parts OR Labor plus deductible ,,Sunrise reply?? Well, you signed the contract!!! i did not get what i asked fir Or Told what i was getting !!! a Sham !!!!Beware!!
