      I had a terrible experience with Nissan of Fort Pierce, which raised several legal concerns. They put me $12,000 underwater with negative equity on a Nissan Sentra 2023 that isnt even worth half that amount. Despite my good credit, which should have qualified me for a better deal, the dealership refused to negotiate fairly. I believe they engaged in deceptive practices by misrepresenting the vehicles value and withholding crucial information. After consulting with experts in the car industry, I was told I was completely ripped off. When I returned to the dealership months later to address this bad deal, they offered me an even worse trade-in, with a higher monthly payment and a large down payment, blaming it on previous management.As a loyal Nissan customer for six years originally a costumer of a dealership in *****. Ended up moving to this area (Ft. Pierce) and resulted in the worst customer experience Ive ever had at a ********************** dealership. I tried to give him a chance to fix the bad deal given, in return then lied and said my credit score was in the 500s, which is not true. I immediately checked with my credit bureaus and it was much higher. We had a customer service lady try and help me to kill time days upon days and keep me at base still with no communication and no deal. Its been an absolute nightmare. Im sharing this experience on every platform and spreading the word to everyone.

      Took 2014 Nissan Pathfinder in for two recalls. One hood latch and brake switch, got vehicle back and experienced loud clicking and and vehicle shake. found my passenger side cooling fan with busted blade. Hmm.... Contacted service manager and customer relations, I was told the mechanic was no where near the area. ok sure... SAE Certified answer there. Guess what? new fan assy. at Nissan, $400+ Hmmm.... OK well good luck with that business model. I would of taken $80 to cover my amazon replacement, Thanks Team!! :( Its top priority to protect that Nissan cash ? Heck with the 53 year old veteran... that just goes around getting free parts... Ya ok... bright... Oh She bought the vehicle at Sutherlin... Outstanding ******!!

      Good Afternoon, *************** regarding customers complaint I personally spoke with customer regarding his complaints customer was upset regading an issue he was having with his coolant fan the customer has no past history with his vehicle ever being serviced here at Sutherlin Nissan  the recall was a hood latch no parts were replaced the latch required lubrication and nothing was touched under the hood. Also due to the high mileage and year of the vechicle could of been a factor why the coolant fan needed to be replaced. After speaking with the customer he also threaten me and said he would bring this dealership down I did not respond to his threats and referred him to our service manager ****** offered to give the customer a free multi point inspection free of charge but once again he stated this recall had nothing to do with his collant fan not working . The customer refused and left the dealership. If you have any further questions regarding this complaint please feel free to contact me anytime.

      What a disappointment of customer service. From being told 45 minutes by a receptionist for our oil change and tire rotation then being told 2 hours at the visit. 3 hours later finding out my vehicle has been completed 1.5 hrs before and a gentlemen by the name of Rus stating he called my number and spoken with me it was completed. Attempting to address with him this is untrue he proceed to dismiss me with some of the worst customer service skills I've ever witnessed. "Whatever you say I'm just going to agree", "you run a business so you know", "we're short staffed right now". Here's a tip Rus. Acknowledged the customer's concerns, apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused, let them know you will make effort to avoid this again in the future.

I also apologized for the tires being over the required amount I also assured him I will personally handle his service appts in the future and also offered him a free oil change and tire rotation on his next visit this customer has been with ********************************************* for quite some time I have dealt with him and have always had a positive experience. ********************** appreciated my call and understanding the issues that occured .
