Bought a **** ****** Avalon from them on 4-18-2023. Took 4 months for them to get the title to me. Only a few miles after driving the car after buying it, serious problems began surfacing (problems that existed before the car was sold to me). I complained to them about the problems but they hid behind the "as is" forms I signed. I told them that I plant to file complaints and bad reviews, they told me that if I do "we'll *** your ass". In my case a bad catalytic converter light came on only a few miles after driving the car (I suspect the light was erased by them - a typical sleezy dealer tactic), the car had a clunk in the suspension but their mechanic said he "couldn't find" anything wrong (later EZ Pay said that it's bad struts- how did they know that since their mechanic said everything was fine- and they want me to pay over $500 to fix), and also one of the catlaytic converters was completely missing and had been replaced with just a piece of pipe (it's illegal by state and federal laws for a dealer to sell a car with missing and not working emission parts). What a racket they have going there. And I do not believe the odometer reading on their cars -even when a car looks very nice (I looked at an SUV there that had 86k on the odometer but a history check showed over 270k on it- they said they were "suprised" - yes they were surprised that I found out about it since their usual "buy-here pay-here" customers aren't people who bother running history reports). If it says "as is" or has no warranty there's a very big chance you will be sorry buying from this dealer. I should have bought from a dealer with a better reputation and a good BBB rating instead of one like EZ Pay Autobrokers with an "F" BBB rating. Don't buy a car from any dealer that doesn't stand behind it with some type of warranty or at least from one that will share in repair costs for existing problems that show up right after you buy it. Their bad reviews should be heeded.
