  My unit was installed 7/7/2020.I called And Services around the end of April 2024 regarding my unit is not cooling my home properly and the pipes are frozen. I was told that someone would be out that same day only to receive a call minutes later that it would be the next day. The next day came and no one called or showed. I called back to verify the date and time of my service and was told I was scheduled for the next day. I was extremely frustrated and wonder why And Services is so unorganized and could not schedule an appointment for service properly . The service repairman came out and fixed my unit and stated that the capacitor went bad. I paid $197. I was told that I was paying for the service not the part. I asked for my manufacturer warranty to review and what my options were to find any company for services. On May 27, 2024, the unit went out again. The repair man came out. He stated there was no issues with my unit.On June 6, 2024, my unit went out again. I texted the company and was told that someone would be out the same day. I received the infamous call that it would be the next day. Marlon, Supervisor made the service call and I was told that the electric board was failing. When Marlon went outside to show me. He asked me to come outside and see the issue. When he tried to show me the lid had one screw so he never looked and identified the problem. Marlon sent someone out here on Friday, 6/6 to put a new electrical board in. I was told I was being charged $50 because the part was not at the original location. When the tech arrived to fix the issue. This tech had to leave because he left his equipment to pull the motor out to exchange what was needed. Then another tech came out to fix the same problem, same day. He left and failed to fix the unit. He never called me to tell me the issue. He just left. I called Marlon to say my ac unit is not working. The tech never came in my house to see if my unit was working. I have had 9 services call

  Do not hire this company-2 months in to a re-pipe, finally complete inside after complaint on top of complaint. They used a sheet rock screw to attach the shower diverter. They also laid the water line in the attic on top of the ac vent-it dethatched and I had to re-do the vents after air conditioning the attic, The only person that cared about their work was the sheetrock finisher. No communication in two weeks about backfill. I want that charge removed off my bill and I will do it myself.

  This company takes advantage of people, does poor workmanship and the managers do not communicate. They installed my duct work incorrectly and wanted to repair it for FREE if I bought a $13,000 unit. The duct work was still under warranty It took them 1 month and several phone calls to get them to do the right thing. I am disabled, older, and a woman and feel taken advantage of.. First visit I needed new duct work (doubt that ) and second visit I needed a new unit. All I needed was duct repair not $20,000. And they refuse to break down the cost so they are charging you 2 to 3 times what the item is worth. Very sketchy business practices and they should not be in business.

  Being a disabled older woman, I called And Services to come out only to be told I needed a whole new duct work system for $4300. I had just had surgery and was on medication and should not been making that decision but was convinced/cohersied into the duct work. Several months later they were out fixing a fallen piece. 3 years later the are called out again for the same thing only to be told I needed a $13,000 new system and they would replace the duct work for FREE. Even though they could find nothing wrong with the unit, they still insisted on a new unit. I told them to fix their warranted work that was done so bad that several of their own employees said how poor the work was. Not until I threated litigation did they finally do the right thing. I feel like I was taken advantage of, because I am disabled, old, and a woman.

  I am a disabled veteran, and my wife is also disabled due to Long COVID. We ask for someone to come take a look at our tankless hot water heater. My wife was upset because she could not get hot water in the kitchen. And services came out and said it was the heating element. They quoted a price of $974. I found the element for $40 and they just screw in. The salesman also said they could replace it for $2,200 plus water heater. The heaters were only $425 online. I told the salesman no and told him to leave. During their walk to the car he convinced her that he could get hot water in the kitchen for $2,700 dollars...she gave them a deposit of $1,300. The came back the next day and spent 1 hour hooking up $40 of flex pipe then left. I called and was informed they actually did not need to make it work in order to get paid. As a 22 yr military vet I was shocked. They said this is a family-owned business. In my opinion, based on reviews, this is owned by a family who tries to get paid for nothing.

  I just paid 1100 dollars for 1.5 hours of work two guys here 45 minutes and about 100 in parts must be nice to rip people off and want to talk about it and why so much all I got was excuses

  This has been such a hard company to work with, they put in a supposed to be a new ac/heat unit it worked about two weeks then it took another three weeks to get them to come back out because it had quit working. After 5weeks they decided it was a manufacturing problem and they ordered another unit supposed to be new. This one finally worked and guess what it has quit on us again it was February of 2022 when put in and now they have to order parts for it and want to charge over $250 an hour to install a new part that took two hours. Not a good company stay away from them call someone else short and long term service is NOT good.

  I had a clogged main drain and was charged 4000.00 for 3 hours work to put a clean out drain and run a snake to make sure it was clean and used camera to check. Invice says clogged main drain replaced wax rings which was not done. Called another company and they said I got scammed. Lon G.

  This company sold us a HVAC system that was to big to fit in the closest So big that we had to cut a hole in my door to close it. Also after two years the system stopped working and they wanted to charge me $5000.00 to fix it. I tried to get hold of the owner to complain but never got anyone to call me back. They are a Company that no one should be using. I have never contacted BBB before to complain, but And Services is just out to rip people off. For your information I got hold of a local HVAC company that local and they charged me $135.00 to get my system running. And services does not rate any star.

  They came out to look at our system because the heat wasn't working they said our inside and outside unit was broken and it needed to be cleaned. They said we need to replace the whole system for 15k(the hvac is only 3 years old). The lowest they quoted us was 5k to clean it. We reached out to another company, they came out, found the actual problem and replaced the one part that was broken and cleaned it for $400 next day. I'm just happy we were smart enough to reach out to another company.
