I have taken my truck though the eglin street car wash many times and no problems. I paid to join again and took my truck through and the top brush grabbed my bed rack and bent the frame. I filed a claim with management and asked them to cancel my membership. They smirked and told me after market parts weren’t covered with issues. She said “it’s right there on the sign” and “corporate most likely won’t cover it”. She also said I would hear back with in 48 hours and I haven’t. That was 3 weeks ago. The part I’m most upset about she never cancelled the membership and I was charged yet again. I emailed corporate and they waived it off and told me I needed to log in online and cancel it myself. They didn’t even respond to the fact their machine damaged my vehicle and bed rack… I will never take my vehicle there again due to the employees and corporates smug attitudes towards their customers. Nor do I recommend anyone using their services. Absolutely appalled at the lack of care, accountability, and customer service.Initial Complaint

At the end of October, in the hospital, i called business and left messages saying i wanted to cancel membership. Noone ever answered or replied. I called Eglin Blvd location but they said they couldnt help. On Nov 2nd 2024 i went to website and canceled membership. On 8 Nov i was charged monthly fee. I made a complaint on google maps and comany said email my complaint, so i did. No reply. Today i told them im complaining to BBB.Initial Complaint

I went to my area Caliber car wash for just a basic wash & got charged for membership & I didn't ask for membership at all & they unauthorized my card for 2 months of $22.99 & they told me it was none refundable, so I am furious because that's not good business, I feel like I was being scammed, please refund thanksInitial Complaint

Im a caliber car wash member and went to caliber to get a wash. I’ve had a membership there for a few months. I always noticed black scrub marks on both driver side tires but never was concerned knowing it was the smudge from the brush applying tire shine at the end of the wash. But on this day, On my way home, my tire light came on. I proceeded to put air in it only to find out that the tip of my tire stem was completely broken off and the same black smudge marks on my tire. I was without transportation until the next day, but I took video and pictures and took them to Caliber. I EVEN BROUGHT THE DAMAGED TIRE WITH ME IN ANOTHER VEHICLE! The guy showed me the video and tried to tell me it was like that before, until I had him zoom in and watch the before. He admitted “Oh I see it” I was later called so they could take pictures which I allowed and emailed my video and pictures and he assured me I would hear from claims but had a good case. 15 minutes ago I received a call saying my claim was denied. Despite video evidence, and my tired being FACTORY and NOT custom, they denied my claim. I’d hate for someone to be seriously injured bc they don’t care at all! This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. All I asked was for my tire to be fixed!Initial Complaint

Went through the car wash and the car started bouncing. The steering wheel was going back and forth and there was a loud banging sound. My wife began honking the horn to get the attendants attention and have them stop the car wash. Upon inspection of the vehicle there were three dents on the passenger door and damage to the railing below the door. After a month of numerous attempts to resolve the issue she received a call denying the claim and said that the vehicle had this damage prior to entering the car wash. They stated that they had photo and video evidence of this but won't show it to us. All we are seeking is for the company to pay for the cost to have the vehicle to a dent specialist shop.Initial Complaint

07/13/2023 ~ 9:40am - Going into the car wash as I’ve been countless times before, I approached the and an employee helps me out putting my card in and i decline the receipt. Only if i knew that right after that, the machine would come down and pulled so hard it bents the frame, breaks the latches and the windshield. I calmly go talk to the manager and he says they’re not liable for soft tops, well for one, i should’ve been warned and two, he states that there is a sign specifically saying it about soft tops. But when I ask if i can see the sign and he sees it doesn’t say anything about it, he shifts to “…well, …hmm, …it must be a new sign…”, and goes on saying that Caliber most likely won’t do anything and gets really defensive about filing a report but does it after me and my wife insisted a few times. This is about time i take the pictures and record one of the employees saying that both him and the other guy at the entrance of the tunnel should’ve warned me about the soft top, which I understand, this is definitely not the first time i go to a car wash with my car and I honestly wouldn’t expect this to happen. Well, something really curious happens after that because i go on asking about a copy of my receipt and THEY DELIBERATELY DELETE IT. The manager and the “assistant manager”, i assume, are nowhere to be found (and probably fixing whatever problem the machine has and ultimately covering their mistakes, if you ask me) and there’s a full hour worth of receipts missing from 8:25 to 10:02.Initial Complaint

I visited Caliber car wash on Beal Parkway in the evening of April 3rd. I paid for my car wash and proceeded into the wash as I have so many times before. Soon after entering the wash, I heard a loud pop from the right rear of the vehicle. After exiting the car wash, I could hear something dragging behind. Upon inspection, the right rear side of the bumper had been dislocated and bent backwards. The on-sight attendant was very accommodating. I was provided a claim form, which I filled out, so that follow up contact could be initiated. As of April 28th, there had been no follow up with the location manager. My attempts to illicit communication were not successful. An inquiry through the website finally produced a call from the manager. His feedback was that the damage to my van was an open and closed case in that he suggested pre-existing damage was to blame. I do wish he would have called me to explain his perspective. He went on to say that photographic evidence (not presented to me) could definitively conclude that my rear panel wasn’t flush with the body, which indicated preexisting damage that would exonerate the car wash of any damage it caused. These are all fascinating claims, but my vehicle was in perfect condition as it entered the car wash as it has so many times before. I’m not looking to defame Caliber car wash. I own three vehicles and patronize Caliber quite frequently. I’m very happy with the quality of service and final product. As such, I would expect a similar level of professionalism in this delicate moment. I won’t deliver final judgement without fair deliberation. I would ask that Caliber provides the same. The location manager indicated that he would connect me with an individual to whom he reports. It’s been eights days and there has been no follow up communication. Please Help!Initial Complaint

I pay for a monthly premium subscription. Half the time I go there equipment is not working properly. My last visit the vertical spinning brush (drivers side) was not spinning. The drop down buffer at the end was not spinning nor did it drop down. The tire shine was applied to only 1/2 the tires.
