      Approximately @7:10 on May 31,2024 I went to caliber car wash n got a car wash. As I went in the car wash it damaged under my car n tore the under cover up.

      Went through the car wash and the car started bouncing. The steering wheel was going back and forth and there was a loud banging sound. My wife began honking the horn to get the attendants attention and have them stop the car wash. Upon inspection of the vehicle there were three dents on the passenger door and damage to the railing below the door. After a month of numerous attempts to resolve the issue she received a call denying the claim and said that the vehicle had this damage prior to entering the car wash. They stated that they had photo and video evidence of this but won't show it to us. All we are seeking is for the company to pay for the cost to have the vehicle to a dent specialist shop.

      07/13/2023 ~ 9:40am - Going into the car wash as I’ve been countless times before, I approached the and an employee helps me out putting my card in and i decline the receipt. Only if i knew that right after that, the machine would come down and pulled so hard it bents the frame, breaks the latches and the windshield. I calmly go talk to the manager and he says they’re not liable for soft tops, well for one, i should’ve been warned and two, he states that there is a sign specifically saying it about soft tops. But when I ask if i can see the sign and he sees it doesn’t say anything about it, he shifts to “…well, …hmm, …it must be a new sign…”, and goes on saying that Caliber most likely won’t do anything and gets really defensive about filing a report but does it after me and my wife insisted a few times. This is about time i take the pictures and record one of the employees saying that both him and the other guy at the entrance of the tunnel should’ve warned me about the soft top, which I understand, this is definitely not the first time i go to a car wash with my car and I honestly wouldn’t expect this to happen. Well, something really curious happens after that because i go on asking about a copy of my receipt and THEY DELIBERATELY DELETE IT. The manager and the “assistant manager”, i assume, are nowhere to be found (and probably fixing whatever problem the machine has and ultimately covering their mistakes, if you ask me) and there’s a full hour worth of receipts missing from 8:25 to 10:02.

      I visited Caliber car wash on Beal Parkway in the evening of April 3rd. I paid for my car wash and proceeded into the wash as I have so many times before. Soon after entering the wash, I heard a loud pop from the right rear of the vehicle. After exiting the car wash, I could hear something dragging behind. Upon inspection, the right rear side of the bumper had been dislocated and bent backwards. The on-sight attendant was very accommodating. I was provided a claim form, which I filled out, so that follow up contact could be initiated. As of April 28th, there had been no follow up with the location manager. My attempts to illicit communication were not successful. An inquiry through the website finally produced a call from the manager. His feedback was that the damage to my van was an open and closed case in that he suggested pre-existing damage was to blame. I do wish he would have called me to explain his perspective. He went on to say that photographic evidence (not presented to me) could definitively conclude that my rear panel wasn’t flush with the body, which indicated preexisting damage that would exonerate the car wash of any damage it caused. These are all fascinating claims, but my vehicle was in perfect condition as it entered the car wash as it has so many times before. I’m not looking to defame Caliber car wash. I own three vehicles and patronize Caliber quite frequently. I’m very happy with the quality of service and final product. As such, I would expect a similar level of professionalism in this delicate moment. I won’t deliver final judgement without fair deliberation. I would ask that Caliber provides the same. The location manager indicated that he would connect me with an individual to whom he reports. It’s been eights days and there has been no follow up communication. Please Help!

      I pay for a monthly premium subscription. Half the time I go there equipment is not working properly. My last visit the vertical spinning brush (drivers side) was not spinning. The drop down buffer at the end was not spinning nor did it drop down. The tire shine was applied to only 1/2 the tires.

      For 2 months now I have had issues with my plate being automatically scanned through the members-only lane. I paid $34 a month here for over a year now and they still cannot get this figured out despite the new manager, Eddie, and a district manager telling me it would be fixed. I'm now sitting in the members only lane for almost 10 minutes waiting for an employee to figure this out while other cars go through. Absolutely absurd the incompetence level here. I submitted a support ticket through the website and never received a single response. I highly recommend going to another car wash even if it's further away as besides just this issue, there are regularly towels and supplies completely missing from every station which are basic standard things at any car wash.

      At a minimum, Caliber Car Wash should compensate me for 1 month of service which is $34. My membership includes unlimited washes, plus the ability to use the "members only" lane and have my plate automatically scanned and drive through as a prioritized, paying member. I've been unable to do that for 3 months now. Technically I should receive $102, or 3 months of services I did not receive but paid for. I'm willing to accept one month plus the promise of an explanation and investigation into why this problem has continued to occur, and if any tampering or sabotage of my account by an employee there has occurred, which I highly suspect. I would also like an explanation as to why my inquiries through the website were never responded to.

      On December 4th 2021, I went to their business to wash my vehicle. I have a ton of modifications including 22 inch wheels. So before I paid the attendant at the machine, I asked her several times would my car be okay going through the wash even with the rims. She walked around the car inspecting it and told me yes. I was confident in her so I purchased a monthly subscription. Halfway through the wash my car stopped and started jumping like it was trying to drive over a curb. After 10 seconds or so it stopped and continued to roll along the conveyor belt. When the wash was finished I put my car in drive and it didn't roll. So I had to give it gas and I realized something was wrong, so I pulled into a space where you vacuum the inside of your vehicle. My tire was flat and the paint on my rims were destroyed. In addition there were damages to the other wheels. I got the attendants attention, she called the manager Nico and he had her review the cameras and they said everything looked normal. That had to be impossible, because a truck entered way after me and was right on my bumper at the end of the wash. My friend came and assisted me with getting my tire fixed, I have the attendant my contact number and left. The manager Nico told the attendant, sorry we can't do anything we don't cover modified vehicles and I suggested he rethink his response. He called back and I told him a shop I know will repair my rims for $150 and he said send him the receipt and they will reimburse me. Well the reimbursement never happened and this was over a month ago. Everytime I message Nico his response is, "he hasn't heard anything he will let me know".
