I put in an application for my animal Pepper to be neutered. I had an appointment set for May 23rd and I was told to either drop off my dog at the Love’s Truck Stop in Fort Walton Beach Florida, or to the Storefront at 7-8pm. I paid online 80 dollars in advance. I have the entire text message conversation on file if needed. I arrived at the Storefront with my dog pepper and got out and knocked on the door. The woman comes out, and her name is Stella Lindsey saying “Can I help you” in a very rude and yelling tone I tell her I have an appointment and she doesn’t even let me continue talking she yells at me “You need to learn how to read and know the times and date. Transport is on Mondays not Tuesdays” and as I start talking to her she walks away and slams the door in my face. I have messaged her repeatedly and knocked repeatedly on the door to get my money back since I wasn’t allowed to get my dog spayed even though I paid and had an appointment set a month in advance. This is the message she sent me a month in advance when I made the appointment; “Okay I'm logging you on to the May 23rd transport which is 2 weeks from this coming Tuesday where are you dropping off Love's truck stop at 4:00 a.m. or the storefront in Fort Walton between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m” It clearly says May 23rd and I arrived there at that time. I was not going to a Love’s Truck Stop at 4am being 31 weeks pregnant I just don’t trust that one bit. But my dog was not neutered and I still haven’t received my money back. She was VERY rude. I’ve never been talked to like that before. Not only did she insult me saying I basically can’t read, she took my money and won’t give it back.
