Thank you for your feedback, *********. We deliver a fixed-cost quote up front before any work begins to maintain transparency and trust with our client-partners. The proposal in question was signed and approved for up to 16 feet of flooring removal, joist work, and flooring re-installation to resolve your squeaking floor issue. Thankfully, we did not need to remove all 16 feet to locate and solve the issue. Our craftsman confirmed with you upon project completion that he had met your project needs set forth in the proposal. We refunded you for materials not used and even installed a toilet for you while we were there. If you have any additional questions at all on the proposal, please reach out to us at the office and we'd e more than happy to help.
