    Dealership word means nothing. Went to trade in my 2023 Nissan Leaf for a new GMC 1500. Iesha Craig was my sales person and she was very friendly. They offered a trade in for the Leaf of $27000 after testing and driving the car. I didnt purchase the car that day and went home. Next day I called to tell Iesha that I was not purchasing the gmc but wanted to sell the Nissan to their dealership. She asked me to wait for her to talk to the manager, she came back with a $25000 offer just for the car. I ask to think about it. 3 days later I contacted Iesha again, and told her that I wanted to sell the car to them and we set up an appointment for Monday, I went ready to turn in the car, as they promised. Guess what, now they said the offer is $21500 and not the $25000 that I was offered. The car had only 100 more miles than when first tested. Rudely she said, well thanks for coming. The dealership words means nothing, they want to get you in the door to sell you something, if not, Thank you for coming. Very bad way to do business.

    Step one automotive Buick Cadillac GMC fort walton beach. Biggest con dealership in the business. 2021 GMC Sierra( under warranty) was in there for four days, half tank of gas gone, say they found no problems with truck but won’t give a copy of the paperwork as required per law. Asked the service manager to rewind the cameras to see who was using my truck and he refused and half tank of gas and he refused. I smell a lawsuit coming. No wonder why this isn’t an accredited business.
