    If I could leave zero stars I would, terrible shady company. If you are renting in the area avoid them like the plague and if you need a company to manage you rental also avoid them, they never stepped a foot in the house to see if we were taken care of it. When we moved in, the house was dirty, they only said oops sorry, when we moved out they charged us for ridiculous things, like $10 for a missing screw on the outlet plate, which it was already missing when we moved in. Our attorney said their contract e misleading and quite disappointing coming from a real estate broker.

    Ma’am with all due respect, you lived in a property for 4.5 months & broke your lease, therefore forfeited your sec dep - the owner of the property did not wish to make any other arrangements & held you to the contract you signed & agreed to. You knew that going into the lease agreement. Nothing misleading or shady. We were just doing our jobs to enforce a legal contract that was written by and backed by the Florida Association of Realtors Attorney's. The property was not dirty- you took it upon yourself to go above & beyond, for example, take the toilet seat off & clean underneath where it screws onto the toilet & clean the inside of the dishwasher which are not requirements of our cleaning checklist. We don’t set the prices of what local handymen charge nor was that documented on your move in inspection. We wish you all the best.
