    On Dec 19 at 11:35 am my husband bought a Christmas gift for me from the Run with it store in Fort Walton Beach. The item was a pair of oofos brand flip flops. The unworn merchandise with the original tag was returned to the store where they accept the item and refused to refund the money. The purchase was originally made with a debit/credit card. I brought the original receipt and explained I needed the money refunded and was denied my refund. The business has the merchandise in their inventory and will resell it. They need to refund the $64.15 back to the original card to resolve this issue.

    I am very sorry that the customer is not happy with our return policy, however we have had the same return policy since the store opened in 2008.  We offer exchanges or in-store credit for all purchases, we do not offer refunds for any reason.  The policy is posted prominently at the check out counter/cash register and on the cash register receipt.  We would be happy to exchange the item or the monetary value of that item for any other item in the store.

    I am rejecting this response, this business is working in what amounts to theft by refunding the money paid for the item after the item has been returned. In order to resolve this matter a full refund to the original for of payment is required.

    I'm very sorry that you do not agree with our store policy, that is your prerogative but it does not change the policy.  You have an in store credit of $64.15 that never expires.  You are welcome to use it at your earliest convenience.
