    I am a tenant in this place, and the way the treat us as tenant is so degrading, I have been paying my rent, and surprises on the bill with tons of fees. My rent is $2556. And the fees are so far over $2500 in 4 months I just started my lease, plus since day one I had issues in my apartment noise constantly everyday, ceiling leaking water, mold, for more than 90 days, they are not willing to accommodate, and they fees are been charged and discounted first than the base of rent. I dont know what else to do, I feel all my human rights and tenants are violated. I would like someone do an investigation about this situation in this place. I sent communication in emails but I dont receive any answer back. Now they are charging me more amounts and filing an eviction when in my payments for rent are ontime. They are doing an eviction over fees. I had health issues related to this because the leaking, also the air conditioner was spreading dust and material from the construction they are doing on the roof, I got exposure to any chemical thing they were using.
