    Ordered some floor mats for my ***** Civic and ***** lost them. **************** accused me of lying about one of their staff offering me a refund. They keep stalling on a refund or replacement and their staff was really rude. I'm going to my bank to dispute the charge.

    This was a brand new muffler purchased 10/27/24. About 4 weeks ago I noticed how loud the car was, like I never put a muffler on. I crawled under the car and where the front of the muffler meets the body, where the bead is supposed to be rolled around and spot welded, is not, its just rattling around. we contacted the company and they said if we kept the original box they would send us a shipping label and if the manufacturer agreed it was a defect they would send us a new muffler and it could take 4-6 weeks. we cant take the muffler off of our car and wait that long and we told them to ship us a new muffler and then I would send them the defected one.

    I went to make an online purchase for a $90.00 foam seat cushion. Upon check out, I was being charged $525.00 for shipping. The agent told me that there was nothing he can fo about it because he had to order it directly from the factory. This is false advertising and people should be aware that this is a possible scam.

    I placed an order on the website on 1/18/25 and they updated the status to say the part I ordered is incorrect. They have been completely unresponsive when I have emailed. I ordered the exact same part number from another website and it fits. They keep trying to charge my card even though they wont respond to emails.

    On 8-14-2024 I placed an order for 2 ********* filters and 2 oil plug gaskets. The order number is *****. I only received one of each item. I contacted Autonation several times and was told they would have the missing items sent to me. Each time I get the runaround and promise they will take care of it. Zero results.     purchased a steering wheel in July 2024, in November the heated steering wheel function failed. I have contacted Auto Nation Parts by email 3 times to try and resolve with no response from them.

    I am rejecting this response because:24-48 hours has LONG passed, it is now 01/06/25 and they responded on 12/26/24. I will be filing a complaint with ** and requesting they investigate their partnership with this dealership group, and filing a complaint with the Florida A.G's office against this "business". They are intentionally deceptive and avoidant and frankly they have angered someone who has the time and means to see this through.

    Ordered new alternator on Nov 17. A minute before purchasing online, I took a screen recording of the product page that reads New next to Condition. I just got the part today. The packing job was not good btw. As I took out the box from the *** box, the label on the box says remanufactured alternator. I can send you the screen recording on Nov 17 and photos/videos of the badly packed package.

    order ***** were delivered on 8/12/24 on 9/05/24 were contacting thru website contact form about core return didnt get any respond for a week then attemtted to contact few more times no results so bareilly found custumer support phone number (it doesnt exist on web site which is wierd, online chat gives me not working phone numbers) so finally talk to representative who told me that my core is not gonna be processed due out of 30 day limit but it wasnt they just ignored my messages

    Sept 14 - Purchased a cargo cover for my Santa Fe. Ensured my make/model/year was listed in compatibility section. Received but didnt fit. Called and the phone operator said it should and even typed my vin in but understood it did not fit. That they needed to change this. Said only thing they could do was refund me $9 in total with shipping and restock fee. He agreed that wasnt a fair solution since their website was wrong. Said hed pass up to management and I should get a call back. I called a second time Oct 22 and was able to speak to manager. She said shed look at it but still said Id have to pay for shipping and restock fee. This is false advertising on their own website.

    Hello to you, I hope all is well for you.I am having problems with a transaction, and I hope you can assist or advise on the issue(s). Thank you for your attention and time.I purchased a set of car floor mats on AutoNationParts.com on Sep. 21st, 2024. Order #****-104778. The costs were ***** + 9.44 + 8.18 = ****** ($) a. The products came with a vastly different pattern than what the website has. b. When I checked the order status, the price of the products was less than what they had charged me. I contacted them on the next three consecutive business days (Sep. 30th, Oct. 1st, Oct. 2nd) because they first promised to get back to me on the same day (Sep. 30th), and then promised to get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. They never did. I requested them to 1. send the same pattern on the web site with the right part number (so they fit the vehicle). And match the price it listed in the order status. Or, 2. offer a fair discount. Or, 3. a full refund of the products. They keep deferring me to wait for their product management team, or alternatively they are offering a return that can charge up to 50% for restocking fees. Much appreciated.
