    I went to the club to put my membership on hold while I was traveling for work, I was told by front staff it was on hold and I would not be charged. they continued to charge me. of course they make you pay with a bank payment (not a credit card), I am assuming they do this because with this fraudulent charges you could simply have your credit card company fight the bogus charges, forcing me to use a bank to pay tells me they know they can make bogus charges and not much I can do. they continue to charge me even when my account is on hold. now I have canceled my account and they tell me because of this they will not be refunding me the charges that should not have been charged. this company is a scam

    These people will lie about terms for your membership to get you to sign up. Ive been misinformed by a complete idiot of a *** and the employees take no responsibility and lean on clauses in the contract to hope you back off. I have a black card membership purposefully for the no commitment and even says on the contract it is a month to month basis so why am I also being told about a cancellation fee now? Ive been on hold for a manger for 1hr ********************************************************** and talk. No I travel for work and stated that to the *** I spoke with along with asking about cancellation terms to purposely avoid it prior to signing long up which was on the 5th now 2 weeks later its a complete different story.

    On August 12, 2024 I requested cancelation of my membership at this PF location. They asked why and I informed them due to financial reasons. They offered to freeze my account for 3 months and indicated I would still be charged on Aug 17th for that months payment but after that, no payments until December. When checking my bank account, I saw that PF deducted August' s payment on or about 8 /17, however, they further deducted $52.43 on 9/3. This is approximately 2 monthly payments. If PF was going to chart me more money to freeze my account I would just have canceled my membership rather than freezing it. I would like PF to refund the $53.43.

    I paid $25.74 on 5/17/24 and canceled my membership on 5/20/24 due to being harassed by the female manager. I shouldve been able to use the gym at a different location until 6/16/24 according to my termination document. Instead I was denied entry on 5/26/24 at a different location. Not only did they lie about me making a policy violation they lied about the cancellation date. The manager at the ******************************* location needs training. Please issue refund and I will join a different gym. Thank you

    About two weeks ago the female manager was in the mens locker room outside the bathroom stall that I was using. There was no announcement of a female in the locker room. I used the toilet and flushed it. Exited the stall and there she was staring at me as if I did something wrong. Then I told her I flushes the toilet and showed her there was no mess. Today I go to the gym and she said that last week I was shaving in the sink and I told her that I do sometimes shave in the mens locker room but I always rinse the sink and this is getting ridiculous. So I canceled my membership due to this harassment by her and I read the document in the cancellation email and it policy violation when in fact I did not violate any policy. This is harassment and unacceptable treatment by someone in a leadership position. I will agree that the gym is a dirty gym but please do not blame customers. There should be someone cleaning particularly upstairs in the corners where people do calisthenics and use the mats there are ***** of dust and it is very dirty. These issues are due to poor management. Please resolve.

    My son and I signed up for Planet Fitness, Black Card Memberships, first him, then me. I didn't care for the one his membership was with, it is dirty there and the staff is rude, so I got a membership at the Federal Hwy location and we started going there. It didn't last long. The staff seemed nice when I signed up, but that changed quickly when the manager saw us. She made it clear that she did not want us there, at all. When I went back the next day after the run in with the manager, I was told my son and I had our memberships cancelled, as per management and the young lady working there said she was to call the police and have us removed if we tried to return. So we left. The company has been dreadful to deal with. And I am working this into part of an interview I am doing with a local news channel.
