      On 3/7/20 I talking to ****** at this company and received a quote for moving to **** at 3.00 per Cu foot for a total of $2147.41. the requested a deposit of $1036. To hold space for the move. I gave them my credit card number to do so. In April I gave them a tentative date charging the move date from end of Aug 2024 to the end of May 2024. On May 22, 2024 I spoke to ***** confirming move details. Telling him I was not bringing some of the items listed on the manifest but adding 20 boxes and 10 plastic bins. He then sent me a revised contract at 3.5 per Cu foot for a total of $4283.16. I told him that was doubled for an additional 20 boxes and 10 plastic bins to cancel the move and refund my deposit. He refused to refund the deposit. Now as disabled senior citizen on social security only, I feel that this company is cheating people and ask for the deposit to be refunded.
