      This is a horrible company to deal with. The products they sent arent what they advertise. They wont give you a refund unless its their fault or a shipping problem as in the product was damaged. Overall, ************ should not be in business.

      Shop at Mars charged my credit card without authorization! I have no idea what this place even is, so I reported it to my credit card company and put a stop on my card!

      ******. SHOP AT MARS IS A SCAM. I ORDERED SOME EYELASHES WHICH I NEVER GOT. I PAID *****. THEN THEY HAD THE ***** TO CHARGE MY CARD ***** FOR WHO KNOWS WHAT. THANKFULLY MY BANK DECLINED THE TRANSACTION. THE WORST PART IS I HAVE TO SHUT DOWN MY CARD NOW. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM SOCIAL MEDIA

      If I could rank it zero, I would. I have now been charged 49.99 each month x 3 for a $14.00 item. I have emailed them and have had no response. I started a grievance with my bank. Hopefully that will get my money back. *****.

      I ordered an inexpensive item for my daughter. It did arrive, however I was also charged a 49- membership charge. I have sent THREE requests to cancel the membership, but it continues to reappear. I would love some or ALL of my money back. This is ridiculous!

      Ordered a cat brush in May. It arrived in August. In order to purchase the brush I was required to sign up for a free membership. I was charged membership fees of $49 in June. I requested to cancel the membership, but was charged the fees again in July and again in August.

      They have the worst service possible. I wish we could have zero rating option, because that is what this company deserves. I ordered 2 items, they arrived after 32 days. I was not happy with the quality and the very next day contacted them for returning the items. First they said our return policy says, items can be return within 30 days of order date! After a few emails back and forth and sending the proof of late delivery, they finally said they will take the return but I have to pay for the shipment myself. Not only I won't ever buy from them again, I will tell every online shoppers I know, to not to buy from them.

      If I had the choice to give 0 stats I would. This company is awful on SO MANY LEVELS! I have YET to receive the item PLUS I was unknowingly entered in a subscription where they have taken money out of my account multiple times for WAY MORE than what the item was advertised for! And they took money TWICE this month! I want MY MONEY BACK!!!

      I have ordered 39.97$ worth of product. May 8 - July 8 no product. The product was ordered on May 8 it is now July..they dont deserve a rating. I had to put a one star.
