    It tells me I ordered a vacuum that is $149.00 and also $9.95 shipping. I was ordering pots and pans. When I looked at my bank statement is showed that I ordered a vacuum, in which I did not. The charges are pending on my bank statement. I have called them to ask them to cancel this order. They tell me that it has been cancelled and I will get an email confirmation on this cancelled order. I have not received anything on this in my email.

    *****************************   *********** told me that I should have received a letter that they had cancelled this order. They told me 2 times that I would receive the letter. I did not receive any letters on the cancellation of this order. These are all the emails I sent them and the emails of the company responding.

    Upon our recent review, we've confirmed that the charges mentioned under ********************************* account were refunded on March 5th, 2024. Additionally, I have resent the notification email regarding this cancellation. The refunded amount should be reflected in ********************************* bank account within 7-10 business days.

    *****************************         I have not received any email of a cancel order.  The email the business said they sent me stating a refund of $158.95 will be in my bank account in 7-10 days. I have not received any emails. I had my bank card frozen and they are sending me a new one. I did go to the bank and signed a paper to get my refund back. Since I have not received any emails stating this I will for 7-10 days and see if it is back in my banking account. If it goes back into my banking account in these days I will contact you letting you know that I have received it back into my account.  Thank you ******
