    Contracted this company to remodel our original **** built pool on April 2023 paid ****** deposit to primos ********************************** and they provided ** and advertised the company as licensed and insured and provided contractor license. Pool drained April 11th for remodel. Plug not pulled when drained and rain came on april 12,13 no one from the company checked on pool or advised us to do anything and pool popped from ground due to negligence of this company requiring entire pool to be removed and new pool to be built for a cost of over $100,000. We contacted.the company immediately and was informed they do not have insurance and the license provided is not assigned to his company. Initially we tried to work out something with the company to split the additional costs incurred by their negligence and offered a payment option for $ ****** over 5 months however company now refuses to answer calls or communicate with us regarding this issue. At this point we are now paying out of pocket to fix this disaster and this company has walked way with no accountability for their negligence. We do not want anyone else to suffer this same issue and are filing this complaint to protect other homeowners and hold this company accountable for our loss and hopeful to recover some loss of funds and reasonable, fair resolution.
