After driving the car for three days in which I JUST purchased from this dealer I noticed transmission problems and my thermostat failed. I brought it in and they fixed the thermostat, however not the transmission. ANYBODY that knows anything about cars wouldve been able to tell the transmission was not functioning as it should. They told me everything was repaired and they test drove the vehicle to make sure. The car had the same amount of gasoline in it when I picked up the car vs when I dropped it off meaning they did not drive it as they said. After reaching back out to them about my problem I have never heard anything back and it seems as if they are trying to avoid me because they know they ripped me off. The car is currently at a ** dealer because come to find out, it is a transmission with a class action lawsuit against it currently. I have not been offered a loaner car despite this not being in my control and not having another means of transportation. Therefore I believe the car is not worth what I financed it out for, especially after having to get a new transmission.

The vehicle was brought in for a check engine light, which we diagnosed and repaired at no cost to customer. There was no mention of transmission concern to us or know by us as I have attached the repair order for reference. I am unsure of any class action lawsuits pending for a GM product as we are an Acura store, and do not have access to that information.

I contacted the dealership about a specific vehicle and was emailed at 4:24 pm then at 5:17 I contacted them via text and was told the vehicle was sent to auction but would I be interested in another vehicle that was much higher in price. Thats pretty funny to have happened in the afternoon 52 minutes after they contacted me with their info about the vehicle and it still being listed despite being sent to auction for safety reasons. Why was it listed before being inspected for safety?
