      They put me in an apartment that was infested with roaches and the common area was trash for 2 years they wouldn't move me and I had to live in this condition, then after the two years they blamed it on me and said it was my fault and forced me to deep clean the messed up area or they would kick me out that same day. I sucked up my anger and cleaned it brand new took 3 whole days of me cleaning to get it great even tho it was trashed and ***** infested when I moved in. Then they wouldn't let me renew anyway after I already did their dirty work. In the office at a regular time I began to confront them saying " the place was ****** up when I got here" because it was and the front office lady childishly freaked out on me and I stopped responding to her. Then they charged me 150$ for not living in a "cooperative manner". I can't believe this. I'm disgusted by this place. I told her I didn't curse her out I said the place was ****** up regular offended tone because it was and shut my mouth after when I realized the staff member that is talking to me was childishly happy to twist the situation against me. This all happened while I was alone with staff in the front office and when she told me to leave I silently got up turned around and walked out. And they charged me 150$ for that?? I've been here two years and paid on time every time and keep to myself. DO NOT COME HERE. they have roaches and the staff make their own resident the enemy. My neighbor who is special was so scared to be here that he left on a Greyhound leaving all his possessions behind because the staff wouldn't move him. You know what they did? They flagged him so he can never rent anywhere ever again. Disgusting they made it so a special kid is likely going to be homeless. They don't care about you, they trick you, and most of the buildings have roaches. God I can't wait until I'm away from this awful place

Regarding the concerns raised, we reviewed the move-in inspection form submitted in February 2023, which did not indicate any issues related to cleanliness or pests at that time. The first pest control work order was submitted by a fellow roommate in September 2023, followed by another request by you personally in November 2023. Since then, we have not received any additional pest control requests. If there are any ongoing concerns, we are more than happy to schedule a routine pest control service to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of all our residents. While we cannot discuss the details of other residents’ experiences, it seems there may have been some miscommunication along the way. We are here to address any issues you may have and are committed to resolving them promptly. Please feel free to reach out directly to our office so that we can assist you further. We kindly ask that all communications remain respectful and courteous. Our team is here to help, and we want to move forward with interactions in a cooperative manner.

      My daughter and I experienced a multitude of problems throughout our tenancy, primarily related to inhabitable place due to ***** infestation. I had to pack my stuff 4 months into the lease due to this horrendous issue. These issues have had a detrimental impact on our health and well-being. Neighbors from below in front of me, they mentioned they are moving out this week for this same reason. 8 months since they have lived here and *********************** have not been able to a hold of this problem.

      I am a long time resident of ************ which is a Collier Companies Property. I have enjoyed my living experience here over other apartment complexes that I have lived in. I have beautiful lake views from all rooms and the apartment is very spacious. The maintenance is timely and professional. The office staff is easy to communicate with and finds solutions to any problems that arise. There are multiple amenities in this complex (business center, ************ and beautiful pool). They even have resident events like food trucks, fitness classes and a farmers market.

      I have been living at ****** ****** in ******, ******* for some time now. I have to say since moving it, it has been a blessing since day one. I love my apartment, and when I moved in, it was immaculate. The service team did a tremendous job getting it ready as I do not recall finding anything wrong. You could tell they take great pride in their work and it not only shows in the apartment but in the community it self. It is always clean and fresh, the pool area always is a great relaxing place. I can not say enough great things about the staff in the office. ******** the property manager is always smiling and greeting me with such a polite and amazing attitude. The assistant and leasing agent are the same exact way as you walk in so you can tell they love what they do. I could not ask for a better place to live and I hope to be here for a while longer.

      We have always had a great experience when working as a vendor for Collier Properties. We have always felt welcomed by the company team members. Especially when working with ****** at Frederick Gardens. She has always been an amazing representative for Collier Companies and we look forward to continue working with Collier Companies in the future.

      We rent at Oxford Manor apartments in ***********, **. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to ***** from maintenance and his crew. Sunday night at 11;10 pm my toilet breaks and floods the bedroom, the kitchen next to bedroom. Within 30 minutes, a water restoration company showed up to vacuum the water and install dryers(6 of them) and a dehumidifier. First thing Monday morning ***** reaches out to me to let me know that they are going to install a new toilet today. By the time I got home at 2 pm the toilet was already installed!!!! Anytime I have needed anything from a small repair to major one like the toilet, ***** and his crew have been amazing. They are cordial and professional and always greet you with a smile.
