    I called these phone numbers on this paper and the *** number said they can't find my account but I talked to the other number and explained to them multiple times in March, April, May, June, and yesterday that this is workers comp so ******** is supposed to pay for all of this yet they have sent 20 bills to my job and said they are going to send these to collections. I keep giving them information for ******** and they act clueless.

    I am rejecting this response because: I sent a BBB complaint to that address and business name Internal Medicine  PA and the BBB said it's a duplicate complaint and should go to *** ***** ******* ******** instead. It when you call the number on the paperwork that say that they are ***** ******* ******** ***.

    I am rejecting this response because: It says hospital Internal Medicine on here and I put the address in the bill. Why can't They just finished the right people and give the correct workers comp insurance information? They shouldn't let random people go into their hospital and bill people wrong.

    Good afternoon ********,

    I am responding to Complaint ********. The reason the patient's Employer has received multiple bills is because the Facility initially provided us with the incorrect payer information. I have attached the demographics showing the payer address which belongs to ******** ********** ********.  There were a total of 5 physician bills sent out. After receiving several bills from us it appears his Employer reached out to the patient instead of contacting us to provide us the correct payer to bill. He call on several dates due to different DOS and billing intervals. He confirmed on multiple dates the correct payer is ********. We corrected the payer and billed ********. One of the 5 bills have been paid by them to our knowledge. I called the Adjustor and left a message to inquire on the status of those payments and am awaiting a response on the status. I will update you once I receive confirmation of the status of payment on those. Please let me know if you need any further information to assist.

    I am rejecting this response because: The hospital and the ********** ********* both have the correct information for ******** and didn't contact me about any bills because workers comp took care of them.

    I have the demographic information that we received and it was not ********'s address. I apologize that this did not get billed soon to ******** but, we didn't have the correct information until you called us. I have contacted ******** and left a message twice for the Adjustor ******* ****** to call me back once on 9/29/2023 and today 10/6/2023. I am committed to resolve this for you. We billed all of the claims to them now and they should be in process. We are monitoring this and I am waiting for him to call me back with status so I can let you know.

    I'm still getting bills sent to me that say they have not gotten a response.
