    Absolutely awful business owner. Ive never been treated this way as a customer. I bought a bike brand new, almost 2k. It broke down within a couple of months, and they said it got water in it, possibly from rain. Okay, I buy a bike cover and the water issues cease. But it breaks down once every few months from that point on, leading me to think theyre either selling shoddy equipment, their shop guys cant fix anything properly, or its scamming. They couldnt keep it running! I paid around 400 dollars each repair, and it kept breaking down in traffic! Why?? My husband pushes me to take it one last time around September or so of 2021, and let them look at it again. After their evaluation I put my foot down and declined repairs. (What good would repairing do, they couldnt fix it the other five times). They kept our scooter stored, and contacted my husband multiple times asking what our address was for drop off. He gave our info every single time they texted. (Never phone calls, just texts with mechanics.) they never dropped it, just kept asking what our address was again. Then my husband gets a call April 23, with the owner threatening us with a **************************** for us to sign it back over. They NEVER called in those months to say our bike is still sitting. I declined and said it wasnt right, and he spoke over me constantly on the phone call and was mad I wanted to keep a broken down scooter even though I paid for it and its mine!!! They dropped it off the day after that call, with my muffler on the ground and screws and parts rolling around in a cup holder! What? Who does that? If you take it apart for diagnosis, even without repairs, you should put it back together COMPLETELY and drop it to me the same way I had to you. He seemed upset I wouldnt give my already purchased bike BACK to them and wanted to be *****, like a child, so he dropped it off half thrown together. AWFUL man, horrible manners, and a shady shop. Appalled is an understatement.

    Im sorry that your experience with our dealership was unsatisfactory. It appears that there was some miscommunication on a lot of aspects and I would be more than happy to sit down with you in person to discuss a proper and satisfactory resolution. It appeared to me that the scooter was abandoned on our property and no attempts were made to collect the scooter after the estimate was given for repairs months ago. As unfortunate as your scooter repair situation was, the repairs needed were unrelated to the previous service work completed and more work was needed. The timing was very unfortunate and I understand that. We are in the business of mechanical machines, so we can understand these unfortunate circumstances can be frustrating, and in these cases, we are happy to come up with solutions that will help customers get back on the road (trading the scooter in for another or perhaps a discount on a new motor, for example). As a small business, we value all of our customers and I apologize that there seems to be a lot of miscommunication, but I truly want to help you find a fair resolution that helps get your scooter back on the road.
