In response to the above complaint from 2 yrs ago. After going back and pulling the customers deals from 11-07-19 and 02-19-20, and speaking to the employees that are still working at Gainesville Nissan. From what we remember the customer came back 3 months after her 1st transaction, and stated she didn't like the vehicle. She was also friends with the service manager *** ******** who no longer works for Gainesville Nissan. We did what we could to trade her out of the 1st vehicle a 2012 Altima into a 2016 Altima and keep her as close to the same payment as possible. The customer just came back to service with an issue, and due to the service issue she started to complain about her transactions from several yrs ago. And she has an extended Warranty to cover any warranty issues she has. We also put her in a loaner vehicle while we repair her Altima. Please let us know what else we can do to make the customer happy.
Thank you

Ms ****** ****s 1st purchase has nothing to do with her second purchase. The money down went towards her 1st purchase lowing her payment. She was given the real market value on her trade towards her 2nd purchase. The money down on the 1st contract was used to lower the rate and payment on her 1st deal. The second approval was approved due to the amount financed because of the low sale price and the high trade value given, which allowed for no cash down. We also used her product cancellations from the 1st deal as a down payment on her 2nd deal $1279.15. This money shows as a down payment on her 2nd deal contract, which she put nothing down out of her own pocket. We tried to explain this to ** **** several times, but she did not want to here it, and thought we were not being truthful. All this info is on her current purchase contract, and we are willing to go over it again with her if needed.
Thank you
