      August 10th, 2024.Took motorcycle in for service regarding check engine code. Within 10 minutes they called and told me the tank was rusted and they wouldn't fix it. No parts could be found and also quoted over $4000 for tank and fuel pump and full service???They still charged me $180 with out doing ant diagnostic but opening the fuel tank.

      The customer authorized a 1 hour diag and we have .83 punch time of labor for the diag. We scanned the motorcycles ECU and retrieved the codes and  reset. we ran down codes the one was a lean condition and indicated a fuel starve which a fuel pump and we discovered the rust in the tank. I assure we gave the machine a through diag and document on the ** what was needed and the customer denied all the needed work. I was under the impression the customer was considering buying the Victory which is out of production and parts are almost unavailable.

      I purchased a New dirt bike in July 2022, TTR 110cc. I was told adding a maintenance plan would add $8-$9 to my monthly bill. I denied options for being to expensive, and on the same paper I had to initial the Finance manager wrote down $8-$9 more a month. I was willing to purchase the plan based on that price alone. The price I was told over and over was WRONG! After it's all said and done the plan without taxes, and interest for adding this plan into the same financing was over $25 more a month, $35+ with taxes and interest. That is not what we agreed on so I immediately went back to the store and told the manager to cancel it. Less then 24hrs after purchase. He said he would. Fast forward to almost December, I've been on the phone several times, one time in august he said he didn't put it through the day I went in (July) he didn't get it sent on until August 18th. It's Now a few days from December. Still no word on my refund. Last conversation I was told I would be charged $100 fee, plus wouldn't get reimbursed the taxes I paid. I NEVER ASKED FOR THIS MAINTENANCE PLAN, I was sold it on a LIE. So why should I lose money for canceling? I was told by the company who Holds the maintenance plans, a refund that comes from a dealer takes 3 weeks **** It's even on their website. I've been told many funny things, and all I do is allow them to dig the hole deeper, keep the receipts and records of the phone calls made. This place is shady, especially once the deal is done. Their attitude is we have the money why should we help. I was hustled by financing to purchase a shaky plan, given a low price, that was even close. Then disregarded for 5 months. I've spoken with *******, they will put through a fraud claim on the amount and will stop me from paying interest on something I don't owe. 5 interest payments double the amount I should be paying that I will never get back because of shady lazy people. Can't wait for the response, hope it's the owner.

      We received the cancellation funds from Revolos on 11/24, processed and issued the customer a check on 11/30. The customer cashed the check on 12/05 (attached is a copy of the cashed check).

      ROUTE 1 MOTORSPORTS is not within their rights under Florida state law and is in violation of Florida Statue Section 976 Actionable, unfair, or deceptive acts or practices. In as much as: RT 1 MOTORSPORTS "SOLD" the Yamaha FX jet ski that was still in the crate to another customer after accepting my $500.00 deposit for that unit. "S" accepted our deposit and failed to provide us with a written receipt that states how long the dealer will hold the Jet Ski and if the deposit is refundable or nonrefundable. 501.976 (10). See Document 8 ROUTE 1 MOTORSPORTS failed to have printed on all documents that include a line with the following disclosure: "This charge represents, costs and profit to the dealer..." 501.976 (18). See Document 8. 1. "S" did not give us an estimate and we were not presented with a worksheet when he accepted our $500 deposit. We had to ask Scott to write down what we owed. See Document 3 & 4 2. "S" only showed us the Yamaha FX that was still in the crate. 3. The night before we were to pick up the Jet Ski "S" called my husband and told him the Yamaha FX that was in the crate the one we put a deposit down someone sold it. 4. The Yamaha FX was and is advertised for $15,599. See Document 9 RT1 MOTORSPORTS inflated the State of Florida title/registration fees on the Bill of Sale and admitted their wrong doing by issuing me a check in the amount of $551.50 (copy attached). The most satisfactory resolution would be for ROUTE 1 MOTORSPORTS to refund the $2,000.00 un-disclosed "profit to the dealer" charge.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/14) */ A friend of Mr. and Mrs.******* called for information in regards to a Yamaha VX. Mr. and Mrs.******* wanted to add a fishing platform, which is not compatible with the Yamaha VX, so they changed their purchase to the Yamaha FX which we had one in stock and was shown to them while still in the crate. We accepted the deposit for the FX, and that is the same jetski that was provided to the customer when they took delivery. The unit was not sold from under them. We are not required to disclose profit to dealer. We receive an MSRP, which is a suggested retail price, however with supply and demand, we are in our legal rights to adjust our prices as necessary. Tag and Title fee's are estimated and once title work is completed, a refund is given back to the customer for the difference. This is not admitting "wrong doing" this is a procedure we have implemented to insure we are not under collecting on state fee's. The Yamaha FX she is displaying is from a different dealership, not Route 1. We never advertised this unit for $15,599. Lastly, the customer was informed that we would give a full refund and she could return the unit, Mrs.******* refused to do so and stated, "She knows how the market is and this unit is hard to find." Per Florida Statue, Section 501 CONSUMER PROTECTION (#8-copy attached); ROUTE 1 MOTORSPORTS IS required to disclose "profit for dealer." This complaint has nothing to do with a friend. It has to do with "S" showing us (1) Jet Ski and telling us it was the Yamaha FX the color was blue/red and still in the crate in their back storage building. "S" accepted our $500 deposit under false pretense. The night before we were to pick up the Jet Ski, "S" called and told us the Jet Ski was sold and it was NOT a Yamaha FX. "S" misrepresented the Jet Ski and lied to us to make a sale. While on the phone "S" told us they only have (1) Yamaha FX and the color was yellow/black. After our purchase, I learned Yamaha does NOT make 2022 Yamaha FX w/Audio in blue/red. "S" should have known this. ROUTE 1 MOTORSPORTS may want to review their security cameras - it will show they are lying. We did NOT take delivery of the blue/red Jet Ski that we put a $500 deposit on; it WAS sold from under us. There was a yellow/black 2022 Yamaha FX Cruiser w/Audio sitting outside when we arrived the day after "S" called, we ultimately purchased that Jet Ski. However, "S" NEVER showed us that Jet Ski ONLY the Jet ski in the crate. At time of purchase, the tag and title work was completed electronically at ROUTE 1 MOTORSPORTS. At no time, were we refunded the overcharge tag and title fees until I brought it to the owners W. C. and K. W. attention a few weeks later The Bill of Sale (#5-copy attached) does NOT indicate the tag & title fees were estimates. We tried to resolve the $2,000 "profit for dealer" directly with ROUTE 1 MOTORSPORTS vs. civil litigation as written in the Florida Statue. They only offered for us to return the Jet Ski. They should have refunded the $2,000 instead of being deceitful and overcharging the customer.       To whom it may concern, I'm writing to you today, in regards to this company's; bad customer service, and management. In regards to this. I'll be returning a product, that was not what I had ordered. In hopes that I may get the right item, and the proper return of money that was overpaid for the wrong item (Since the item I was supposed to receive, is cheaper then the one they ordered for me). It all started about a week and a half ago, Sept 2nd, 2022. When I had been calling up different companies, in the local area; I was looking for a replacement clutch cable, for my 2001 Suzuki Volusia 800. Route 1 Motorsports had been about the fourth company that I talked to. And the only one that I talked to, that already had it on order for delivery. But then asked me, if I wanted to pay for this clutch cable; ahead of time. To which I had responded that, I was still in the middle calling around. To see if any other shop, may already have one on site. But, if no other shop did. I would gladly show up on Wednesday, Sept. 7th, 2022. In order to purchase, the clutch they already had coming that day. So I finished calling up all the other local shops. and to my dismay, none were available. Or on order anywhere else. So route 1 Motorsports, was the only option I had. So I wait until Wednesday, and drove up to route 1 Motorsports. As I had informed them I'd do, had I not found the cable anywhere else. After I got there, I went over to their parts department. To talk to them about the clutch cable, that was already set to be arriving that day. To which they told me, that they did not have it in stock. As it was not ordered. With someone in the background stating, "that you have to pay, to play". Which I thought was very disrespectful. Cancelling an order, because I was still "calling around". So I ordered the part,and payed up front. Go to pick up the clutch cable today, and they didn't even order the right product. A brake cable, I need to return.
