    I have had to have 4 counters installed all damaged or wrong measurements starting In August until today (1/27). I am on my 4th counter with damages and have asked for a refund and given the company 4 times to fix the issue. The communication is poor between the owner and myself. He does not keep me updated and it will be a month before I correspond to get an update.

    Premier Surface Design confirmed the material for our countertops came in on 9/13/2022. We used this contractor along with other contractors through ****** There were many issues with our cabinet contractor and this delayed our countertop installation. We scheduled our countertop installation for 11/1 with Premier. On 10/31 our cabinet installer did not show up and had rescheduled us for 11/7 without our knowledge. At that time, I called Premier to let them know we were working on the cabinet issue and they may have to come later in the day on 11/1. While on the phone they realized that the appointment for our countertop installation had been moved to 11/8 from 11/1 by the cabinet installer and we were not made aware. At that time, we were told the earliest possible date would be Friday 11/4 for countertop installation due to the time it takes to cut the stone. We were also made aware their policy is to cut the stone in a 5 day window before the installation date. We kept the rescheduled date of 11/8 with Premier due to the cabinet issue. At 11:00am on 11/7, the day before the 11/8 countertop installation, we received a message that the tool needed to cut the stone broke and the earliest they could install the counters would be 11/11. This change affects plumbing, backsplash, tile floor and painters as well. We have rescheduled multiple installers, multiple times since September. This issue has created a domino effect due to the late notice. We are now cancelling our order.
