    Refuses to send the master tech report to Frigidaire. Frigidaire will not replace my unit without their master tech report. I have several calls for the manager to call me back no calls I requested the master protector. Call me back no calls this has been going on for over two months. My tenant is without a stove. Every month my tenant doesnt have a stove. I have to credit them $100. Im out $300 so far.

    It was determined that another service company was out before us that worked on the unit. We advised the customer to call the other company back since we don't want to carry the liability of another companies work since it was a safety issue. The customer did not like that response.

    on July 28th 2023 had national factory come out to repair our non working dishwasher, was advised by the tech that they had to order parts and would be back in 2 weeks, on august 11 2023 they came out to repair the dishwasher, after disabling the dishwasher was advised that the part the need was not in the box that he was given, they would have to come back out in a week. on august 25 they came back out and on this visit after again dissembling the dishwasher was advised that they need another part, each of these visit we had to take time off from work.if this issue was 1 properly diagnosed on the first visit we would not have to have had the following visits.2. if the tech would have check to see that he was missing parts prior to setting the second appointment this issue would have been fixed in two visit not four or more. each time I have asked to speak with a manager/owner and as of yet have not received a call. this is not the way to do business. I have requested a evening appointment so we are no longer missing time from work. as of today we still do not have a working appliance

    Good Morning,

    Thank you for reaching out to me in regards to ******************* dishwasher repair issue. The dishwasher repair was dispatched to us thru American HomeShield, which **************** has a home warranty with. The parts were ordered thru ******* and unfortunately, they kept sending the incorrect version of the part. I spoke to *************** on several occasions in regards to his Dishwasher repair to let him know that we don't have any control on the parts since they come from the manufacturer.  American Home-shield has since replaced his dishwasher due to part delay, so I am not sure what else **************** is looking for at this moment. Please let me know if there is anything you need from me.
