    On 2/23/21 I entered a into a contract with retirement plan ratings (***) to provide me with three appointments with 401k plans after I paid $3000 ($1000 for each appointment). These appointments were supposed to be with qualified decision makers at the firm where I could evaluate the plan and solicit for new business as a financial advisor with my practice.I received the first appointment within a matter of weeks with a company that thought I was someone else and didn't take the appointment seriously. I was given a credit for this appointment with the promise of a new one. I got a second appointment that was a legitimate appointment and I was satisfied with the result. This counted as my "first" appointment for charging my account balance. The third appointment that was booked was canceled by the participant and I was told not to contact the company because RPR would either reschedule that appointment or get me a new one with a different participant. All of this took place by November 2021.I hadn't received contact from RPR for months after that, so I contacted my rep. **** had my profile as having done two appointments, even though I only did one, because they never credited the canceled appointment. I was told they would be working on two more and I should be patient, and they were elevating my requests to "priority". After another couple of months with no appointments, I called requesting a refund of my balance. The company did try to schedule an erroneous appointment at my first request for refund as an attempt to resolve the situation for themselves (not for me), and when I brought it to their attention that the request was outside the parameters of my profile they canceled it but still have not sent any money back to my account. I did not receive a return call. I emailed on 9/13/22 and 9/22/22 asking for the refund of my $2000 outstanding balance with no response. Now the email address of my representative is being rejected as a non-working email.

    I contracted with this company to market my services as a Financial Advisor and schedule 2 appointments for me to meet with prospective clients regarding their 401(k) plans. I contracted with them in August 2022 for $2000 that was paid upfront. My sales rep kept telling me they are working on it and they'll have something soon as late as mid September. When I called her today, she told me that the business closed on 9/20/2022. I never received a refund or the 2 appointments that I contracted for. They did nothing but take my money and run.

    I was solicited by ******* to buy their products. After much negotiation we reached an agreement and I paid $2,000 for 3 leads. They had enticed me by saying they had two ready-to-go leads and thats what sold me. Almost two months went by and they finally landed Clients, however I had told the rep that I was no longer interested because the process was misleading and not beneficial for me. The rep is trying to say I confirmed appointments when I did no such thing, neither verbally nor written, and is only using their end of confirmation of appointment to try and say I confirms appointments. They never asked me what days and times worked later in June and set appointments before I even confirmed that a time worked. I have requested multiple times for ************************* and her team to refund my $2,000 to me as soon as they are can.

    I explained NO you declined them and he said that is because no one asked me if I was available on that date.

    I explained you did not ask that we rescheduled you told myself and ****** you were declining and did not want them.

    This client signed a contract on April 19, 2022 to receive 3 appointments with companies that have a retirement plan.  The client did receive appointments but he turned them down without telling us why.  Our process is to set the appointment based on ************* and email all the pertinent information to the client.  This client has received multiple appointments from us and can now call these companies on his own.  The client has communicated with multiple people at our company turning down the appointments giving no reason why he turned them down.  Now he is saying to us that the appointment dates did not work for his calendar.  If he had told us we would have accommodated his calendar and rescheduled the appointments.  We work very hard in trying to set appointments for our clients.  We are willing to continue working with this client to fulfill the contractual obligations.  Turning the appointments down after receiving all the information is not what the program is about.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have not contacted this prospective clients nor do I have any plans to. The service I received from the company has been subpar and this response shows me that I do not want to do business with the firm. Please refund me the amount paid. You led with misleading information about having accounts ready to run and took much longer than expected. I have honored my word and will not contact these leads so that you can sell them to another who is okay with this type of process but I do not feel comfortable doing business with your firm and expect to be refunded
