If i could leave these guys a negative stars for review- I would. Absolutely horrible - After reading some other reviews here on these guys, my experience seems par for the course. Air conditioning went out 2 month ago- yes, I said 2 months ago- Home Warranty of America selected this business as our tech service. Took 3 visits by technicians from this pace to finally see that we needed a new fan motor- this was end of March 2024- last I heard before he left was - yes its a motor- I'll send this onto HWA for approvals and we'll be good - never heard from either of them- like a week later. Finally - called FPS and they told me I hadn't heard anything cause HWA had not approved their diagnosis- called HWA and thy said that FPS hadn't given all the info they needed- FHP then said yes we did- back and /forth, back and forth- this literally went on for almost 2 months till this week - HWA has called them multiple times asking the information needed to approve the claim - Florida Pro Services then bad mouthed HWA when I called; saying that I could just pay the full price for the motor- no way, what absolute BS this company is- they just wanted the full price and didn't want to have to deal with HWA - a new company has been assigned thru the **** hoping the new path can get our house cooler- as it was it was 95 degrees in our kitchen this past weekend - DO NOT work with this company- you have been warned.
