    I just had the most negative experience with a woman there. First I called and asked if she could trim my dogs nails. She said yes. I told her I was just around the corner and would be right there. When I arrived, the door was locked and there was no doorbell. The sign on the door said knock I thought. When this young hostile woman came from the back she was very angry at me and tried to provoke a confrontation. She was very nasty. I then said I didn't like how I was being treated so I left. When I turned back she gave me the finger 3 different times. She also taunted me waving and yelling sarcastically. Whatever mood she was in and had nothing to do with me. I was a Deputy Probation Officer for 41 years and am a very good judge of people. It's been a very long time since I was treated so disrespectfully. I also had my Vietnam Army Veteran hat on. She obviously has no respect for veterans. I would not trust such an unprofessional angry and immature person with my pet!
