  Billing department is the worst in the world. Received bill, paid online. Two months later receive a final notice for the same bill. Logged on again and it will not let me make a payment...because it as already been paid. Call the number on the bill and get a run around for 20 minutes. If you can, do not use these people! I will spend an hour (at least) out of my day tomorrow trying to get this straightened out, and I make my money selling my services by the hour.

  I have contacted our billing company and we do not have an account under **** ******* Is there another name it would be under? Is it for another family member? Is the bill for Radiology Associates of Pensacola, PA? Please let me know so that I can further assist this patient with this account. Thank you.

  Their billing department incorrectly filed my insurance. Several phone calls later, the issue has not been resolved. I was told to not pay the bill because it was under review. Yet they still sent me to collections for non payment. Through several phone calls, it was apparent that the employees answering the phones have little to no training. I kept being passed around because the person on the phone didn't have access to my account. Finally, in January 2022, I was told that since the amount was so small, it was being written off. In February, I received another bill showing the right off but then they billed me for the same amount again. I called to try and resolve but was given the run around again that my account would be "under review" and wait for another letter. I finally just paid the bill online. Hopefully, this is the end of things.
