    Global Insurance & Planning Advisors did not pay me for 69 Hours of work. I was told that I would be paid $800 dollars per week for Training after 13 Days of Training I was notified that I would not be paid until Training was completed. Initially I was told I get paid per week.

    Thank you for reaching out to us regarding a complaint against Global Insurance & Planning Advisors LLC, assigned ID ********.

    We understand the complaint is about ***************************** not being paid for 69 hours of training, for which he expected $800 per week.

    We would like to clarify a few points:

    1. Training Engagement: It appears there may be a misunderstanding. Global Insurance & Planning Advisors LLC (GIPA) did not engage ************ in training. He might be referring to GLS Health, another company that conducts training sessions for their call center.

    2. Completion of Training: We were informed that he voluntarily left the training program because he accepted another job offer. The training provided is designed to prepare individuals for work with GLS Health. Since he did not complete the training and chose to leave the program, he did not fulfill the necessary requirements to qualify for payment.

    3. Compensation Policy: The payment policy clearly states that trainees are compensated upon successful completion of the training program. Since he did not complete the training, the payment terms were not met.
