    Dunes Property Management was managing my property at *************************************** since 2018. On March of 2024 I told the company that after March of 2024 there services will no longer be needed. To cancel all services to the property like phone and internet and to send me any rent that they collected that was du to me. There last statement shows $1,361.03 but there was and additional $ ****** that they didn't **** over from previous month total owed $1,791.03. I have sent them emails to send me the rent that they owe me they say they will but it has been five months and so far I haven't gotten a ***** from them.

    I am the owner if 1377 ******* ** in Southern Dunes, ***********, *******. I severed ties with this company on Monday, June 10, 2024 due to serious ongoing issues with their management of the property and their not sending rental payments due to **** have had multiple in person, email, and phone contacts, which are largely ignored.Additionally they owe me for fraudulent and double billing. I no longer have access to the owner portal to see the statements. I have attached the email I sent to Dunes property Management and IPG *******. They are tied together somehow.In short, they need to remit to me money they collected from renters, damages/loss to property not collected from renters or held by them, refunds of duplicate/fraudulent billing.

    We've been dealing with the business the past 4 years. In general they were OK until the past year where their service quality declined tremendously. We were emailing, calling for service or quotations with no answer on any channels. Complete blackout. Closed the contract with them in April 2024 and since then trying to collect our account balance with no success. We got partial amount back but the point is for others to be aware and avoid doing any business with them, to avoid grief and headache.

    I have checked my Credit Card balance and a full refund was made last Friday May 31 2024.

    I would like to publish a review of their services.
