      I ordered an lcd screen for my phone on February 15th 2023 from them for $155.12 order number *****. 2 weeks later I checked my order and it was still processing so I called them to see what was going on. They informed me that they do not ship to residential addresses so my order had been flagged. We were then told that I would receive my refund in 3 to 5 business days. When I did not receive my refund 2 weeks later I called back and was again told that I would be refunded my money in 3 to 5 business days and was emailed a sales order. I called again and spoke to **** about a week later. He told me he issued the refund himself and it would be there by Wednesday like he said and I informed him I would be calling if I didn't get it. I called on Wednesday and **** gave ** the owners number. I talked to the owners assistant she said he would handle it himself. I called them today because I still haven't gotten my money and was told it was handled and hung up on. I tried to call back I was hung up on over 10 times. She then answered the phone again and hung up 2 more times when asked to speak to the owner.

      The last two orders with this company have gone wrong and they have overcharged me or not delivered product.Order #******. I selected overnight shipping costing $55.03. That order was placed on the 9th of May and with overnight shipping it should have been received on the 10th. The company DID NOT ship it via AIR instead, charged me $55.03 to ship it via Ground. They refused to issue a credit for the shipping. That is fraud and theft.Order #****** was placed on the 19th of May. As of the 27th, it had yet to be received. The company kept my money and never shipped.
