    This subcontractor went into contract with us to do a small kitchen remodel. Part of the contract is to get the necessary permits from the city in order to proceed. This subcontractor tool $4800 in fees in order to apply for the permits. He did NOT get the permits nor did the contractor that he was working with. They refuse to refund our money as well. There were not goods or services delivered for the money we paid and no refund. Refused to continue to get the permits.

    Since this is a valid complaint, why doesn't this show up on BBB when you search for this company? It shows currently 0 complaints which is inaccurate. Shouldn't this summarize that this company has at least 1 complaint? Mine? Otherwise what is the point of submitting this complaint if you can't warn others of the risk of using this business?
