      Not a ************. Quote you low cost.Then when they arrive tell you Quote is wrong and it about doubles. Waited 4 weeks after I notified them to deliver. Go with a BBB credited company.

      This company was a horrible experience to deal with!! They tried to take advantage and get more money when you are in a very bad situation to begin with (like losing my home) and you know the belongings have to be moved immediately! They padded the bill and lied about what they loaded and the work they said they did, when really I did all the packing and used my own boxes! Do not trust this company!! They also do not deliver in a timely fashion, its when they get to it, not on your schedule at all!

      The worst moving company I have worked with. I talked to customer service they were terrible, the didn't care and made no effort to help. Their driver was shady. He charged me double the cubic feet I was quoted. When questioned about it he didn't care and told to pay it or he was leaving. Then went on to inform me I had to pay the 70% of the remaining bill before he would move our belongings. Also, an interesting thing to understand things understand about the moving industry. The 1st delivery date is not the day you'll receive your belongings. It is the day they start moving your stuff. It will be up to 3 weeks after the 1st delivery date before you receive your stuff.

      Horrible company, lost items, damaged items, quoted a price that increased by over 4 thousand dollars after they had loaded items on the truck, lied to about the delivery date, was promised a date that was missed by more than a week, treated with distain and lied to over and over again, after arbitration for damaged items (60" TV damaged, glass shelves broken, cedar chest crushed, kitchen table chair legs damaged) was offered a whopping $110, this company is crock.

      Like many others if I could rate an O I would. This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had. Quoted 1 time, then drivers show up a day early, saying cost more, then waited 20 days to get our stuff, tried to scam us out of more SMH. Damaged goods, crushed boxes, clothes and other items smell like gas. I am beyond belief how this so called business is still running. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT go with them even if you think you're getting a good deal. They are affiliated with FINAL DESTINATION, don't do it

      The absolute worst company. Went through absolute HELL (only word to describe it) We are now trying to claim our insurance and going through HELL again, I have filled the papers out 3 times. Now want it again They Lost and broke about $20.000 worth of stuff and some very expensive furniture We were "packed" no one knew what they were doing on June 28 and received our stuff on August 2nd. Did not have anyone to upack, sent 1 guy 1 day and 4 for the 1st day for 2hours. and the third day 2 people came. for 1 hour. We are out of pocket and cannot get to event talk to the insurance. company. (they are rude and will not talk to me) I have sent all documentation but they keep saying they need more which the moving company did not give us Alot of boxes were wet and clothing was spoiled and other wet boxes, things fell out and were not there . Alot of stuff not delivered. and also alot damaged. I have moved cross country and did not have this problem. PLEASE HE\LP ANYONE, HOW DO WE HANDLE THIS They deserve - 10 stars I was quoted $11,000 from Los Angeles to Florida and ended up paying $20.000

      Oct. 2022. IS ANYONE IN POSSESSION OF MY OAK/BRASS KITCHEN TABLE LEGS OR 6 ALUMINUM LADDER? I ALSO HAVE SOMEONES WHITE PLASTIC DRAWER TOWER WITH THREE DRAWERS FILLED WITH KITCHEN STUFF. THE REVIEW UNDER YELP SHOWING 58 PHOTOS OF DAMAGE COULD HAVE COME FROM MY HOME. PERHAPS A CLASS ACTION SUIT FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT IS IN ORDER? I WISH I COULD LEAVE CONTACT INFO.

      ***** went up after pick up, still haven't seen my things, truck left 26 aug to go 9 hrs south. after several attempts to contact office, was told my things were in storage due to no drivers and that b law, "we no drivers, have 30 days to deliver" and that my things are in storage 14 hours further north. If I could they would get a negative 10 rating

      How is this company even operating legally? There HAS to be something that protects consumers from the physical and mental stress this company posed onto me. I thought I hired ************************************ (Scammers as well) and these people showed up. They told me that I needed to purchase more cubic sq feet even though I gave an extremely detailed list of all the furniture that needed to be moved. I had one bed, a dresser, a nightstand, a couch sectional and 6 boxes. The $1822 I was quoted originally turned into a $3100 charge because he insisted I needed more space. I was so confused on who these people were and rattled that I didnt have time to look up who they were or their horrible reviews. Without any time to find new movers, I had to agree. 28 DAYS. 28 DAYS my belongings were in their possession. I slept on an air mattress for 3 weeks. On the day that my furniture was supposed to arrive I called and they told me that I misunderstood and that the date on the contract was the first available date of delivery and that it could come anywhere from **** days. Mind you they had already had my stuff for a WEEK. 3 weeks went by and on the 21st day after getting hung up on by their extremely rude customer service woman, they finally called and said they were coming. The next day. An 18 ******* showed up and told me he couldnt fit and i had to either rent a uhaul and move the things in myself or they would do it for an extra $500. They destroyed my $1500 couch that was the ENTIRE REASON I HIRED MOVERS. If it werent for the couch I would have just sold everything and got new stuff. I cant even begin to describe what these people put me through. How this is legal I will never understand

      If I could rate it zero stars I would. Two of our very expensive electronics were stolen and we have photo proof that they were loaded onto the vehicle but never made it to our new home. Our boxes were destroyed. Ones marked fragile were shredded to pieces. Many of our items arrived damaged. Stay away from this company
