    This business did not provide any of the services promised in their agreement, no contact with me for 2 1/2 years and they are now suing me for $4582.01. This is a private insurance adjuster that promises to handle all negations with my flood (house) claim with my insurance company which being overwhelmed and a Senior seemed like a good idea. This never happened the only calls made to them was to ask about payment, rarely returned may calls or emails. I did all the work over 30 calls and emails, 5 required construction inspections to confirm work was being done, no of which they participated in, There has been not one attempt to contact me for 2 1/2 years which I assumed was because they did nothing. There are many online complaints stating this same problem, no work no contact. They did not earn one ***** and my claim did not even cover all my repairs

    They were quick to have me sign a contract that I would give them 20% of what the insurance company awards me. 20%!!!! Then the communication went down hill. They never contacted me with updates as to where we were in the progress of my case. Finally after having to use another adjuster, independent of the company at a cost of an addition $1500 I got a number from the insurance company. I had no idea what it was as I was not kept inform. I had to constantly call to find out what was happening. After they got the check from Insurance they calculated the amount I would get after they took out the$1500 and their 20% fee I was left with 2/3 of the award. I was sent an email granting them power of attorney for them to cash the check. from insurance. I signed it on Friday. When I called on Tuesday the **** ***** said he was waiting for it. Upon looking at his email in box he found it and told me that he hadn't read his email. I'm waiting for my money and he doesn't even read his email. No sense of urgency on his part. I called a few days later and was told that they had to wait for the insurance companies check to clear before they would send me my share. I called a few days later and he had to check his file. He then said he would check with the **** that sends out the checks. They hadn't done that and it was two more days and I called again and he said he would again check. Finally they made the label for Fed Ex to pick up the letter. There was no communication unless I initiated it and nothing was being done until I called. It was not only ***** that didn't keep me updated but also the first **** **** handing my case. ***** got into a screaming match with me and said it was my fault because I wanted to see if I could negotiate the 20% fee down. I held it up one day but not a week as what is happened. I would not deal with this company as they just don't care about getting your money to you. All they care about is getting their large piece of the pie!
