My complaint is against Best Price Dealer **** **************** Fl.On March 14 I purchased a used **** TT 2008 car from them. I am a senior and was recovering from a recent hand surgery, my previous car was a stick shift which I was unable to drive for 6 weeks, that was the reason for me purchasing the car, I would still be able to get out and about.I paid a deposit of $3600 and financed the rest which worked out 48 payments of $370 per month. The Buyers guide I signed advirtised the car As Is the dealer then offered n extended warranty for 30 days. From the start of ownership there was a laundry list of issues. The dealer agreed to take the car back to fix them. The car was towed via flatbed truck back to the dealership on 3/26. They kept the car for over 2 weeks barely communicating with me. Whilst they had the car one of the salesmen used it for their pleasure, without my permission incurring a parking ticket of $51 which they refuse to pay.On receiving the car back, nothing had been fixed. It was around this point that they blocked my cell phone number and email address. This was such a distressing period, ******** from surgery, still having no reliable for of transport and being totally isolated. At this point I got the work done myself as and when I could afford it. I spent $4000 making the car drive worthy. I have all the receipts and the repairs were necessary.I sent a letter by certified mail, the only way I had left of contacting them, 8/1/24. As yet I have not received a response.I would like to open a case against the dealership to try and recoup the money I spent making the car road worthy.I do have receipts as mentioned previously. I would also like to warn other people about their shoddy business practices. My friend is typing this letter out for me and it is her email address as she is dealing with this for me.

Transaction was 4/18/24, the funds were wired to their financial institution and was received the following day 4/19/24. I paid a total sum of $29,250.00 for a 2011 Chevrolet Corvette, the price included delivery to my residence in **************After I had a mechanic look at the car and notify me that the factory radio did not work the business committed to installing a new radio. This was not just the radio but it was also navigation, blue tooth, CD player and all of the controls to adjust sound quality, set the clock and to set up contacts and be able to use you cell phone with Bluetooth. The vehicle was finally shipped out on Friday May 3rd and was received by me Sunday May 5th and after asking several times why it was taking so long, the dealer said it was because they were waiting for the radio. When the car arrived, the same old original non-working radio was in the car. I contacted the dealer immediately the following Monday, I had been working with a gentleman by the name of **** and he told me that he knew the radio was ordered and he would ship it to me and reimburse me for installation. I never heard another thing from the dealer after that.

Im financing a car from best price car dealership December 1, 2023 was the day that I put down a payment for the car with an extended warranty. I called dealership to let them know I was on the way. Upon arrival. The car was already started and waiting for me to test out. By the time we finish with the paperwork, the dealership was closed. When we went to the car we could not find the keys so the salesman gave me a key that would start the car but would not open the doors. He told me come back tomorrow and will have the original key. As soon as I drove off the lot all the check engine lights came on all the sensor lights came on all the lights sensors came on all wheel drive sensors came on the axle came on. It was as if they cleared all the senses upon me arriving, but once I restarted the car they came back on . I called the salesman. No answer .The next day, I called and called no answer. I finally went to the dealership. when I got to the dealership, I informed them that all the check engine lights had came on and did they have the key ?They told me they cannot find the key and to leave the car with them; and theyll take care of everything thats wrong with the car and get the key . They had the car for about a week and when I went to pick up the car, they had done nothing to it. Thats around December 10, 2023.Basically they held my car for a week without doing anything. They told me they had to get a new mechanic and if I can bring the car back or leave it with them, they promised me theyll get it fixed. I left the car game with them . And when I return a week later, nothing has been done with the car again . By this time I figured figure Ill use the extended warranty to get the things fixed on the car after having the car diagnostic, I had a major electrical problem. The axles were bad, most of the senses were no good, and still no key. I call the warranty people to ask how to apply the warranty. They informed me that I did not have. View upload please.

Vehicle delivered 2/20/24 with cracked windshield, flat tire, dead battery, no owner's manual so when I finally jumped the battery to start it the very 1st time airbag light, low tire pressure light & service engine light code # ***** ($1500-$200 repair) plus gas smell coming out AC vents. 2/22/24 informed them car is a Lemon & to cancel contract plus refund my $3500 deposit. They finally picked up car 3/7/24 & refunded the loan to financing company to keep my credit score intact then ****** called me for last 4 digits on credit card to send refund, few days later I hadn't received it so I call him back & was told "I did my job so you have to speak with the owner **** about refund because I don't know what's going on" I'd spoken with **** in the past & he sent the tow truck to actually deliver car back to them 5 hours away so 4 days straight owner **** not returning my calls at the office or personal texts until yesterday text saying my $3500 is a ********** can only use it towards another car from them. ***** the salesman told me multiple times I had 30 days to return it plus standard Lemon laws protection, I never signed anything stating that especially on a high value Range Rover 5 hours away that didn't show up as advertised. I did everything decent & in order yet still got done dirty so i'm trusting God's plan & time now! I wouldn't recommend Best Price Dealer **** to my worst enemy! What I will do is pray for all those involved, Blessings...

I started a purchase of a vehicle and sent them my check. Before the car was shipped I requested that the vehicle sale be canceled. However, they shipped the vehicle anyway. And dropped it in my driveway. I drove the vehicle 1 day and it broke down. I asked for assistance on the repairs and he said that he would send the parts. He sent half the parts and has not responded yet. I was sold an extended warranty that covers absolutely nothing. I requested that this be canceled and still have not received a response.

I am rejecting this response because:

First & foremost, I  asked that the vehicle not be delivered because I changed my mind. The vehicle was still shipped without my consent and/or /knowledge.
Once I received the vehicle several dash lights was on. I tried taking the vehicle to a service station where I had to be towed due to mechanical failure.
I informed dealership of the problems and they agreed to resolve.

In addition, I paid another diagnosis fee for second opinion just for clarification. The first issue was identified again. Dealership agreed to send parts and I would get them installed.
The dealership sent 2 of 4 of the parts.

Lastly, as it relates to the warranty. The photo that was provided was not the complete warranty that I was under the impression I was purchasing. Once found of the type of coverage that was sold, I asked for cancellation. I am still awaiting confirmation of this cancellation as I am not able to cancel this.

I was forced into purchasing something that I had all rights to cancel.  I am out of hundreds of additional costs for mechanical issues that was not disclosed at the time of purchase.

I would appreciate if I could return this vehicle being that I requested it not to be delivered.

      all photos will not upload
      Sincerely,

      ********* *****

We don't make the decision on the down payments, the finance company does. That is was the finance company asked for this customer and that vehicle as a down payment. In regards to the tag transfer he has his bill of sale that shows that all tag and title transfers are C.O.D we do not charge that up front and ************ also signed a C.O.D form where it explains to him that he would be responsible for those charges. and I don't know where he got the amount of $139.00  the total from the *** is $201.35 and this has been ready since end of January 2024. But he does need to pay for this.

Anyone know anything about used cars and them being lemons? Long story short, my dad bought a used car for $10, 500... He put $3500 down yet the financing said the price of the car is still over $13,000! That's with the $3500 down!! The car ran for about 3 days and the dealership said it's a key issue, so they referred us to a locksmith who charged my dad $400 to make a new key. They were only supposed to charge $200.From there it only got worse, the car ended up not running because there was a computer issue and we had to have the car towed about a half dozen times to different mechanics to try and diagnose the problem. Finally we found a mechanic who has the same car who knew how to repair it. That cost $650! So we're in this car for a down payment, 1st car payment, and over a grand to get it running. We finally took it back to the dealership where my dad bought it on Saturday and they we're refusing to take it back but I told them they must because it's a lemon. So they made us sign a paper saying we were just abandoning the car with them even though the bank owns it.Does anybody have any ideas as to what we can do in this situation? Anyone we can call? I tried emailing Help me ****** but they probably get lots of cases like these and don't want to do repeat stories. Please help. Thank you.

This dealership is advertising 2.9% APR for 72 month financing to qualified buyers. They did a hard inquiry on my credit which was a 787 and told me they could get me 9.9%. I asked why I did not qualify and the woman told me that they are currently only working with subprime lenders and could not get 2.9% for anyone. Im still buying a car credit drops each time there is a hard inquiry. I trusted this dealer with my credit and they knew the whole time they could not provide what they were advertising.

Date September 7 I went to a dealer ship and looked at a 2010 *** 328i. I test drove it and saw that it had a check engine which I was told was due to the tires being needed to be changed. I believed them and drove the car, and it drove decent . I was rushed by the seller to then go inside and begin signing because they were about to close. I decided to get the car. I was offered by the dealership 30-60days of warranty on engine and transmission. That same day I took it home, it had an issue. It was idling really weird and sputtering in the exhaust. I then went to autozone where my friends work at and found a code for a misfiring cylinder. I called them took it to them which they fixed. After driving home that second day, it began to make a scraping sputtering like sound. I then called again and was going to go that same day but they told me to go the next day because they would offer an exchange. I went back the next day and they were trying to pin it on me saying it could be cause of driving aggressive and thats what is causing the engine to scrape etc. I got mad and demanded a refund or exchange. The guy said an exchange was impossible because papers were already signed and began to tell me to bring it on Monday because they would check again on Monday. He also gave me a warranty which doesnt take place until 20 days after driving the car which is already having issues. So I told him, would it be logical to drive a car with issues and make the issues worse, in which he just argued with me on how its bad luck, it is what it is, life isnt fair. All I was asking for was my money back. I now dont have a car since I left it there because driving the car with issues is a problem. And theyll supposedly check on Monday. Which I gotta call and make sure they do. And move on from there. I think its not only a really bad business trying to pin it on the customer that its their fault but then acting sarcastic about it saying it is what it is
