  AVOID DesignedVR AT ALL COSTS. Wish I would have read BBB reviews before booking with them on Airbnb. I can see that I am not the only one that has been wronged by this unethical company. Misleading and overpriced property listings. Dirty, run-down properties. During my stay in December 2023 found the "luxury" property to be run down with yard-sale quality furniture that was stained and in poor condition. Holes and damage throughout the house. Dirty linens. Paid extra for pool heating that they never turned on (or their pool was broken) - promised to refund me but never followed through. Theater room never worked and half the property is a dingy made-over garage. Two of the rooms weren't even connected to the property, but rather some type of made over pool house. The game room was a joke - dirty (also in the garage) and missing game pieces on every game, dart board was broken with no arrows on the darts, basketball net was in shambles and all the ***** were flat. Pickleball court made of cheap plastic material that rendered basically unplayable. Toenail clippings and cigarette butts everywhere. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. To make matters worse, they fully acknowledged that their property was in bad shape during my stay and promised to correct the poor stay with financial compensation. After misleading me for weeks, they then went radio silent and NEVER followed through with their promised refunds. Disrespectful, dishonest, unethical. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company, or risk a personal vacation rental with this sham of a company. Bad people, bad properties.

  Do not book with them. I utilized Airbnb for their ************** property. I had a horrible experience and was offered 15% off my total. Once I left them a bad review, I was informed that I would receive nothing at all.

  We had over 30 issues in their Davie rental house resulting in negotiating credit in thousands $ but they delayed until the time limit to post a review passed and then they stopped communicating. They even called the day before the review deadline to says the manager would call the next day. Issues we had: pots and pans were trash, twice the number of lids for pots, 16 dining chairs-wobbly legs or broken, 2shower diverters with problems, towel ring and towel bar both fell off the wall, kitchen frig and outdoor frig not cold - food thrown out, game room frig frosted inside, cushions outside dirty, floor dirty in house, floor under canopy outside disgustingly dirty(paid cleaning team to clean) cutting boards disgusting, bath vent not working, thermostat stopped twice, 1 oven caught fire, 1 oven didn't hold temp, dishwasher worked poorly, ran dishwasher loads when arrived because the dishes, glasses etc. not clean, grill k**** off alignment, outdoor cooktop not working, countertop ice maker makes ice for 1, no ice trays, no spa until last full day and remained on after we left the next day even though we told them repeatedly that it was still on, garbage in the grill garbage can, playground needed cleaning, "access to a lake": no lake, no pool railing, pool steps too high, water pump makes noise every time you use water, iron in water discolors clothes in wash and toilets look unflushed, wooden cooking utensils not dishwasher safe. Communication was abysmal. When we ask for the spa turned on, which they can't do remotely, they replied: "Do you mean the bubbles?" Nearly 8 hours after telling them we were done using the spa I got this "Would you like that to be turned off tonight?" And originally they texted "Please know that we can't have the spa on all day as it will drain it" Their response to fixing things "only have one handyman working during weekends" Response to frig problem "checking the panel for any flipped breaker" I have ************ of everything as proof

  They are a scam. Promised me compensation for everything below and never got anything. Then I did my review and they begged me to take it down to get money.I have too much to say so I will try and summarize it. Ive had too many issues to list. Here are the main ones:1) house was dirty and smelled bad on arrival, inside and outside. We cleaned ourselves.2) pool heater never worked and we paid extra for it.3) running water in house stopped working multiple times throughout my stay.4) emergency well water was turned on to fix issue and never told us. Water was yellowish in color and smelled metallic. Almost everyone got sick including kids and elderly.5) to get through with someone to resolve issues took way too long. They have to reach out to someone to reach out to someone else and problem lasts hours.6) new construction going on right behind house of a community of new houses so very noises all day from early in the morning.I have more but this is the main issues. Only 1 good thing was the field *************** who tried his best to keep us happy and work with us.Designedvr was the worst at communication. I called about 20 times over the past 2-3 weeks and they always say they will call back and never do. They promised compensation and nothing yet. Today is the last day to write this review so I had to do it. I think the management was trying to push me off for this date to pass.
