On May 31, 2022, I entered into a contract with Build 4 Less to repair my roof, which included removing all rotten wood and replacing it with new wood, and ensuring no more leaks. Unfortunately, my roof continued to leak. Build4Less did not remove all the rotten wood and merely patched the area. BuildLess advised me no further repairs would be made and their work was complete, so I needed to advise *************** to release the funds. I told Build4Less several times via telephone, email and by filing a grievance on July 12, 2022 the project wasn't completed per the contractual agreement. *******, the project manager and ****** called me and came to my house a couple of times, offered me $1500 to sign for the funds release and threatened me. I refused! I did not sign! Their specialist *************************** forged my signature on July 12, 2022 and I received a confirmation that $20,400 would be disbursed to Build4Less from *************** and that I was responsible for paying back the funds. As of November 15, the right side of my house leaks and I paid for full roof shingle but they gave me flat on the side that is leaking. ********************************* was my attorney helping me get justice against Build4Less but due to insufficient funds, she had to withdraw. I need Build4Less to fix their job, fix where my leakages are, and I need them to abide by their contract by fixing the problems they caused. I want restoration. I need them remove the lean on my house. The job is not finished.

On Sep 6, 2020 I signed a proposal with Build 4 Less to do my roof for $27,500. On all my contracts it states $27,500. This is for a 2 bedroom 2 bath, **** Square foot single family home property. For a SHINGLE **** after I received a flyer on my door from the contractor indicating I could get a free roof utilizing pace program. The Contractor tried to say later the Roof would be $49,500 but my *** stepped and told them no. That they could not perform anything construction without their approval and that they were taking advantage of the Senior Citizens within the area. The Contractor came and spoke and told the *** and myself that the price WOULD be $27,500. Approval was given by *** and myself. ON 10/4/2022 I received an Invoice #****** for $49,500 and I have been trying to get this corrected to this day with both the **************** *************** and Build 4 Less. *************** says I must email a complaint which I have but they say that Contractor says I gave verbal approval to the $49,500. No way. Build 4 Less says I must get it corrected by *************** when they WERE THEY ONES who made mistake. NO ONE PAYS $49,500 for small shingle roof. This company and ALL their OWNERS/PARTNERS are taking advantage of SENIORS and no one is helping or assisting anyone. My wife and I are in our 80's and very sick. My wife is getting her one remaining leg amputated as we speak. Build4Less is no longer at the location they were at originally AGAIN. Upon research I have found they have done this before in ********** as well as several times already in other company names. I advise NO ONE to do business with them. I am afraid I will loose my house now as THE **** IS NOT FREE...

I went online to their division roofing4less and ordered roofing products. It is not clear on their website that they are only an office and a middleman they do not have any inventory they rely completely on outside vendors to supply all of their products. I was under the impression my order was going to ship out in a day or two. Instead it took over a month. Every time I contacted them I got excuses. I just want them to make it very clear to new customers that they do not have any products to ship. My roof was leaking for over a month damaging my house waiting for all of their stories

On 6/07/21, we contracted with Build 4 Less for a new roof on our home, through Palm Beach County Pace Program. The contract states that gutters will be removed and re-installed, no extra charge for anything. We questioned the salesperson ********************* about this several times and he reiterated no extra charge for anything. The roofers came in October removed the old roof and gutters and threw EVERYTHING (including gutters) in dumpster and hauled it away. The roof was completed. ******* from Build 4 Less called and said we need to sign completion certificate. We said that the job was not finished. We told her that the gutters were thrown away and not reinstalled. She said she would call back. *************** called and stated we had to sign completion papers so their roofing contractors could be paid. We reluctantly signed papers. A representative from their company came the next day to see what needed to be done. The replaced facia boards needed to be painted and gutters reinstalled. Final inspection was done and permit closed October 15, 2021. We did not hear back from company. I called them several times would not get return call. Then I finally got a hold of ******* and was given several excuses, she was only one in office, the person who schedules work was in **********, the gutter person was sick, missing or I had wrong number, Kfir was on vacation and very upset I was calling. We have had four people give them estimates for job and they rejected them all. ******* said job was too big and only wanted to do 1/3 of gutter work. Both sides of our home had gutters. A company came out to do gutters and was told to only do $300 worth of work and we had to buy paint for facias. We refused to have this work done. We tried to compromise by saying we would do the painting and they didn't need to put gutters on the window overhangs but they would not agree to this. We have been going through this for 6 months now with no resolution!

On March 9, 2022, I placed an order for a screen door from this company for $2,000.00. I called back 2 days later to cancel the order and was told that I would receive a check in the mail immediately. On March 14, my daughter (who has ***** of ********* called about the refund and was told that a refund check would be issued and sent to me right away. I called several times on March ************* and no one answered. My daughter called again today (March 22) and spoke with the Salesman (******) and Manager (*****) and was told that the door was in production and I would not be able to cancel this order. I feel strongly that this company is preying on the elderly, and they must be stopped.
